Had Mambas and Deathadders for years. When switched to Viper and Viper Ultimate I felt more snappier but at the cost of reduced comfort for my medium/large hand.
Hoped a lot for a wireless Deathadder and now I think I'd love to give it a try!
Also, Bluetooth is VERY welcome for secondary purposes, love it!

I don’t own this model, but just so you guys know, I’ve been using the 2013 wired deathadder every single day playing competitive gaming for the last 7 years and it still works perfectly fine with no issues. The shape and feel of the deathadder is great with awesome build quality
I LITERALLY just bought mine... Has to be the fastest product I ever copped. Been using DA for years, and was asking for a Deathadder Ultimate eversince the Viper Ultimate came out.

I used a DeathAdder for 11+ years up to and including the V2, but once I tried the Viper I converted permanently.

v3 now is awesome my hand is big as hell 22cm
I have the Mamba Wireless which seems to be better built than the Deathadder V2 Pro. I also have the Viper Ultimate which came with the dock and cost $130 when it was on sale at Best Buy. I also have the Logitech G305 which was one the best wireless gaming mice in that it had no lag and high tactility but its size was more for claw and fingertip grip. Rounding out my collection would be the wired Microsoft Pro Intellimouse which is to replace an old Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 that I hold dear but finally gave up the ghost in the M1 and M2 buttons.
I knew it was just a matter of time before they clipped the deathadder's cable! I hope we see even more wireless designs soon, I'd really like a wireless classic sensei clone.

Just picked up my new wireless snakey boy last night. So far I’m loving it.
I just got one, the buttons definitely feel less tactile then the viper I have.
Yep everyone has been wanting a Wireless DeathAdder for at least the last 5 years if not longer... really about time they did it cuz I dislike the Mamba Wireless line (except for the one that came in the Tin Box in like 2016 which I have one of those still in the box, personally I believe that one was the best one they made in the Mamba line, but sadly does not work with Synapse 3 otherwise I would totally use it)
I just need Razer to add support for all settings to be stored on the onboard memory for their products so you can uninstall synapse 3 once you're done with your settings. Until then I stay clear for anything they make.
Im stuck whether to buy elite version or this v2 till i found out this review. This is the perfect review for the deathadder v2 for me.
I'm still using the original Deathadder since forever and no other mice has come close in usage (except for my S2 Anywhere for portable office work). I would love to try out the new V2 Pro version especially because it's wireless.
Great Io see another variation of the Deathadder from Razer. I love their Lancehead TE. I always appreciate quality gaming gear.

I like the shape, only wish it had 4 smaller buttons on the side for your thumb to use. I wonder if the DPI will be upgraded liked Logitech did recently with a software update to 25,600 on mice that have the Hero sensor in them?
As a Razer Death Adder user myself it is a major improvement from the elite imo

I can't believe they put a micro USB port on the Blackshark V2 Pro, a $180 headset, in the year 2020
I agree that the Deathadder has a fantastic ergo shape, however I still think Zowie did it better on the EC. I'm not talking build material or quality but just the overall shape. Zowie took that shape and made it less attractive looking, but the changes made the mouse more functionally pleasing. Rounding off sharp edges allows it to be a bit more flexible for people with unconventional grips, and I find it to be overall more comfortable in the hand. The biggest thing they did to open the mouse up to grip variations though was to change M1 and M2 so that they don't wrap over the top edge, which offers a nice ledge for the ring finger. It's a small detail, but in my opinion it's a huge one when you're making a mouse for so many different hand sizes and grip styles. The side buttons on the EC1 are mushy, M1 and M2 don't feel as crisp, and the mouse design itself looks bland. Even with all that though I still stayed with the EC1 (and later the EC2) after switching from the Deathadder simply because the shape felt more refined.
With that said I'm now using a G Pro Wireless. I also own a Viper Ultimate, which I did like, but I came back to the GPW after a couple of months. I have to say though that the charging dock that Razer ships with their wireless mice is incredibly slick looking. I found the charge pins to be easy to find once I got used to it, and the lighting just looks badass and opens up options. I feel a tiny bit of disgust every time I charge my GPW and have to deal with a cable. That and Razer did a fantastic job with the weight distribution, which is where the Logitech failed a bit. Even at the same weight, I feel like the Viper feels roughly 10g lighter in the hand.

How the rubber on the side build? wonder will it last longer compare to the older vers and different one? This one is the top price at the moment, don't want to be disappointed cause the rubber will come off in a couple month. Thank you!

Deathadder is my favorite mosue shape and I lova the side buttons and scroll wheel. But I wish it would be slightly smaller. I love my DA v2 but oh senpai it's too big.

How are the clicks compared to the regular v2? Or the viper wireless? Ive got the regular v2 and want wireless the thing keeping me from getting this one is the clicks - i just love the light clicks on the regular V2 and dont know if they have changed them on this model - thanks!

as a pc and a mac user im disappointed in razer for not keeping their mac software up to date. I was forced to buy a new keyboard as a result of not being able to use my razer blackwidow.

Is it bigger than the original Deathadder? I have the V1 and while I like the ergo shape of it, I have big hands and found the Deathadder to be too small for me when playing FPS games. I tend to grip or squeeze the mouse and the smallness of the Deathadder in my hand would throw my aim off. I'm eyeing the Naga for the size, shape, and rest spots for my ring and pinky, but if Razer made this new Pro model Deathadder slightly larger i may have to give it some consideration.

nice review as always man.. help me with one question: i bought the v2 wired but i think the mouse1 and mouse2 clicks a little soft and mushy.. do you think the v2 pro is a little better when it comes to m1 and m2 clicks? i loved the v2 wired but i always keeps double clicking when playing csgo :(((
