This is the calmest I've ever seen someone during a pc build. There's usually a lot of cursing and questioning life choices.
They cut those for time
thats very tru..
Lmao relatable
Johnh
Big PCs are easy mode, trying to work on a modern smartphone on the other hand requires alien nanotechnology
He looks happy from what he does and that makes me happy
In reality he's a broken man. His wife left him for her yoga instructor and to add insult to injury, just handed him the divorce papers. His son is in rehab and the $200,000 he invested in a hedge fund ended up being a Ponzi scheme. Don't let his calm demeanour fool you. The man's hanging on by a thread.
@@hagdore Wow how do you know that
@@palacefan4286 I'm the yoga instructor.
@@hagdore oh, so he's Michael from GTA V. Good to know
Lmao
Thank you for showing his thermal paste application technique first so I know this is a safe video to watch
I’m having flashbacks to the verge pc building video
@@balotelli5572 OH GOD NOT THE VERGE VIDEO
... Except he forgot the M.2 standoff. He explained in the comments section of the original video that he remembered afterward and installed it offscreen.
@@HarjanDWI’m confused, did they really mess up the build? I might need to give that a watch
EasyPCRepairs is a gem for unintentional ASMR.
👁👁👁
TastyPC as well, though her uploads are scarce lately.
I was literally just going to write the same thing.
Its like someone gently suffocating me until i pass out
ooh kinky
Sounds sexy lol
"sshhh just let it happen"
Here, let me hold this lovely pillow over you🙈🙈😈😈😈
you misspelled "die"
The M2 Needs the support screw first, but the way he clicked so effortlessly the RAM was trully amazing and calming. A True ASMR Gem.
He just bend that drive lol.. im speechless....
He didn't put the standoff...
Internally screaming whilst also being soothed at the same time, strange sensation
@@user-go7mc4ez1d I feel triggered in a deep level, that's the reason I had to stop this video, since I've been with computers since 4yo
@@MaxyStark cry
People who have really calming voices (like this guy) must wonder why they can keep people’s attention so well all the time.
because they whisper louder than anyone else

This is by far the most relaxing video I’ve seen yet. Everything he’s doing is so calm and gentle😌 and it’s consistent.
This guy makes me feel relaxed and poor at the same time
Lmao same

Great vid
As soon as I saw him whip out his thermal paste, i knew he meant business.
I didn’t even get offended when he was talking about screwing my motherboard because of that posh British accent.
Definitely isn’t posh to us. He sounds like the average Bristolian.
Well I have an American accent so it all sounds fairly posh to me. Except maybe Cockney, is it? I think that’s the one. Long story sort, you have us beat in the accent game.
*long story short.
You guys have us beat in grammar, too.
@@Seattleguy527 Yes. We do talking good.
@@MsPike101 Indeed. Ooga Booga.
I appreciate this channel, you’re an awesome dude for finding these and sharing them with us.
Woah, okay I wasn’t expecting to like this because tech-y asmr somehow doesn’t seem to work on me. But this guy’s voice and gentle precision was just amazing. Thanks for sharing
Yeah, because it's not like ASMR of crazier, more disgusting concepts exist. Yeah.
Haha so quirky 🤪
Him filming and editing this entire videi, giving really useful and important technical information
* A ton of people using the video to fall asleep * ❤
This guys attitude/demeanour is what happens when you do what you love. And no one can take that away from him.
Niko, when will we see you in GTA IV Remake? 😎
Hey cousin, you wanna go bowling?
Bringing back memories of high school builds at my best friend’s house. Those were the days.
Love this as it's calming AND I have always wanted to build my own gaming pc! It is most excellent
This is legit asmr go to bed and sleep great shit 👍🏼
It’s relaxing AND educational at the same time !
I didn't know I needed this in my life.
I love this guy
Even without headphones it is so relaxing
Never thought I could fall asleep listening to someone PC build, but here I am.
So nice, everyone else is so hyper when building PCs, what a nice change of pace!

Great for falling asleep after studying for your A+
This guy is so calming he makes bob ross seem like hardcore punk singer

I used to build PCs. However, I gave up once I kept having to chase down various driver updates to solve an increasing number of unexpected and sometimes obscure problems. Anyway, glad your build process seems to go smoothly.
lets make this guy viral
cant believe i feel to poor to watch this video and the relaxation of the asmr at the same time lawl
This is probably the worst time to build a PC, but l'm glad this guy did get one. Amazing vid, relaxing and informative.
green light just looks so good whit almost whole white pc 👍
Man, this guy is soft spoken.
educational and relaxing. win win
I just wanna talk about how effin CLEAN that build is!
except for the bent SSD, that thing is gonna break.
I’m sorry but him forgetting to install the M.2 standoff screw is stressing me out
Glad I'm not the only one. Poor thing was hanging on for dear life 🙈
I watched this before bed and wound up having nightmares about forgetting the M.2 standoff screw
What?!?
I've done it just like him what would be correct?
@@MixingSneaX There’s a small standoff screw that’s supposed to go between the mobo and the screw you use to screw in the M.2. It makes sure that the drive is flat and doesn’t get bent when you screw it in.
Wow, thank you for introducing me to this
This is so professional and accurate, I'm refreshed! the only gripe that comes to mind for me is it looks like you might have a bit too much force on that M.2
he fixed it off camera
Oh wow building a pc is way easier then I thought!! Looks like a very simple and calming activity that causes 0 stress or anger !
Just wait until you have to install all software
Yeah I know right. Only thrown 3 pc's out of the window. Oh wait, almost forgot to mention the 4th one. Hit that one with a baseball bat. Beside that it's very calming
this is such a good video
nice build, but he forgot to install the m.2 standoff.
I noticed that too, hopefully the original video points it out
sweet upload Best Unintentional ASMR. I killed the thumbs up on your video. Always keep up the terrific work.
That pc is a beast for its time.
Calmness personified.
I tried to upgrade my pc several years ago. Totally frustrating, and I failed. I then took it outside, smashed the circuit boards with a hammer, drilled holes through as much of it as I could, poured a litre of bleach and a tub of salt into it and then drove over it with my car a few times. I felt better.
That's dedication. I just gave mine a Tiger Uppercut and sent it into orbit.
You missed the most important steps: you had to piss and shit on it.
Hear me out...
the NVMe is a test...
... of your ability to actually relax
lol
How could he not notice the extreme bend !? The relaxation was over at this point. :/
@@beefwarrior9196 He forgot the spacer
I know, I saw that and all my relaxation was immediately gone lmao.
Seeing the bend-immediately had to exit the video. Relaxation absolutely murdered
Another couple unintentional asmr channels are The Watch Repair channel and Liani. The way they're so meticulous and the voice. Absolute gold.
Thanks for the recommendations! I love watch repair!
This guys voice is liquid silk , damn I'm sleepy!!!
I’m going to fall asleep, just here
This man build my exact Dream pc
I have the same case and ram
Bluewhisper's PC build is pretty amazing as well
Indeed.
Did I miss something or did he not install the standoff support on the m.2 drive? That heat sink is literally making no contact with the drive. Not only that but the m.2 is literally bent! How do you fail to notice that???
Immediately noticed that watching for the first time and I’m surprised there’s so few other comments about this! Wonder if that’s because so many people just forget a a stand-off is needed?
Bob Ross of PC
Other than all the gunfire, explosions, casual profanity, and screaming, this was a calming video.
I fall asleep to this but I use The Verge PC build guide as my alarm
now this is heaven
Whoah. This is gold
This guy is pretty good. He reminds me a bit of one of the best unintentional ASMR voices I ever found on RUclips. He was an Aussie by the name of Mark Lacey. He had a bunch of videos related to get rich quick and pyramid schemes. His tone, accent and relaxed delivery were downright hypnotic. Sadly, one day he just deleted his account and the videos were gone. Ever since then I download the best videos I find...just in case.
Great looking rig!
My boy setting up a club in his PC
Why are all British people so damn good at ASMR. Like I swear a Cockney person could be whispering swear words into the mic for a full 30 minutes and I’d get full body tingles no problem
british accent is more elegant that's why
The "bri'ish" accent sounds like they are using money bills to clean their dirty toilets, after it, they are throwing them away. Short said: they Are sounding like Old gentleman, even the women.
@Dan Frakes then if there is no british accent, what did you call it? it's like saying he's american but there is no american accent
@Dan Frakes no lol, accent is exist for every countries, so you know how to differentiate it from other countries, like scottish accent is very much different from japanese accent, seems like you're talking nonsense
@Dan Frakes i should be the one thanking you, you gave me some information/knowledge about this :D
Never knew thermal paste could be so interesting.
Awesome! As soon as prices go down I’m getting a 3070 and my build will be very much like this except black!
yeah good look finding an affordable GPU nowadays :/
Yeah if you can find one in stock then its not double the price lol
I don't know much about PCs but he makes it seem super easy
Today I'm going to be building a gaming sleep sleep and here's a quick sneak sleep what it looks like when it's been sleep 😴
He ABSOLUTELY loves building pc’s
19:04
he forgot the standoff screw for the m.2 ssd :(
I got a heart attack 😂😂
once I got to this part I was like, "Oh this is going to be fun" lol
There isnt a stand off screw, he put that thing in correctly.
@@functionatthejunction There is. It was in the spot for a much longer drive and he neglected to move it. The drive is bending.
On the original video he corrected himself in the comments
The dissonance between him saying "put the fan on now" and a message popping up onscreen saying "don't put the fan on" made my head feel like it was going to explode for half a second
Man this reminds me of green ham gaming. His vids were so chill.
bob ross of pc building. he even goes through the colors, and applies thernal paste like he's applying paint
I think you screwed down the nvme incorrectly
Asmr is amazing
The M2...OMG!!!!
The Bob Ross of PC Builds. And the happy little Motherboard.
Nothing soothes me more than computer words I don’t understand
I never thought the term ‘thermal paste’ would put me to sleep. I was wrong.
You fell asleep as soon as he said “thermal paste”? That’s amazing.
Welcome to the world of ASMR
This like if Bob Ross became a pc builder
this is awesome! His energy reminds me of listening to Proxy Merchants ambient records or even The Couchbound! Amazing ASMR vibes!
Yyyy6yy6yyyyyyyyy
Yyyyy
Yyyyy
Nice video but my OCD forces me to tell you the NVME is wrong and you can see because was bent, this drives should never bend. The last nvme standoff is taller, you should have used that one (swapped) to screw the drive. the rest of the video is veeery nice and well explained.
spot on, how the f the radiator is going to work if it doesn't sit tightly on the nvme
I felt physical cringe when i saw it screwed down xD.
@@NicknameZer0 oh thank goodness

Relaxing, but 3:29 made me wince. He needed to use a spacer between the screw hole and the SSD (should have come with the motherboard). The bend on that SSD could cause issues, and it also means there will not be good contact between the SSD and heat sink.
IKR, I was looking for this. This dude is a real PRO
Oh how I'd wish I had enough money to buy that type of computer and its components

Thermal paste goes great on a hot dog.
That GeForce RTX module doesn't seem to be very well supported at the back end.
I admire your patience here, I don't think I would have even got as far as removing the side panel without something going wrong and me blowing a gasket. I only have to stand next to a computer and it crashes or goes slow
So calming, I ain't even mad he put an HDD in that bad boy
Damn SSD users always talking bad on the rattly, slow hard drives. Cut the HDD users some slack man, they're already dealing with constant deafening from the disk buzzzzzzzzz
Did the guy actually intend for this to be an ASMR video? Hard to imagine someone talking this way in a PC maintenance video :)
this type of presentation is more to do with his specific region of england and the type of men in their mid 40s and above that live there more than anything. richard leadbetter from digital foundry is a good example.
