    I have an em1010 as well and I use 80/12 titanium plated needles and they work amazing.

      Yes, you can always use bigger needles 🪡 it will just make it harder for smaller letters

      Just got my titanium needles in yesterday for my 1010 bouta try them out today !let’s hope this goes well been having problems embroidering the hats

      @@Eltejido I was using the ball point and I still got needle breaks. I had to get titanium

    Which is better to match caps according to your experience, the Bai or the ricoma EM1010... thanks

    Hey where’d did you get the needles at? I’ve been looking but can’t find them. Just purchased an em 1010 abt a week ago and trying to prepare.

      The highest I have done it’s 2.8

      @@Eltejido thank you and thanks for responding! I have an em 1010, I’ve adjusted thread and bobbin tension using the I test. Whenever I do caps I have to do it on the lowest speed (300) otherwise the thread breaks. What problem do you think this is?

      @@Pocaluzproductions if your thread it’s breaking it’s because of two things. On the EM1010 check your needle placement make sure it’s correct, and run a tension test if you want I can email you a tension test file that will show you how to set up your tension

    Where is the oil coming from? This is normal?

      The oil comes from the top of the machine it’s normal for the EM1010

      @@chitownhoodarttv2635 oh yes it does ruins garments If you use the wrong oil, that’s why you see the tape on the hat. Not sure why Ricoma machines does that
