- Sheree Nielsen was under a "wait and watch" monitoring schedule after learning she had Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia, a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, in 2012. After routine blood work, scans, and visits with her hematologist, her IgM protein levels spiked to a point where she was told it was time for chemotherapy.

@dianewristen Congratulations 👏👏👏. I just got thru 6 rounds of chemo, and my PET CT scan looked great! My oncologist is referring me to a radiation doctor, but I am rejoicing in wonderful scan results 😊. Here's wishing you and I good health in 2024 🙏❤️. Fifteen years is something to shout for joy for sure!!

Waldenstrom's Lymphoma was on of the cancers that the late Shah of Iran was diagnosed with along with Chronic Lymphocyte Leukemia.Perhaps one led to the other?
