This was not an emergency stop. Just seemed like he was slowing down. If it was an emergency stop, the train would have stopped faster, and there was no rush of air, so it was not an emergency stop.

That was not emergency. It was a very easy stop, right around 8 pounds or so. It definitely was not 10 pounds.
