Hi Paul! Great video. I'm a Lift Engineer and I used your video to help a friend they have this model but the 8kg Washer Dryer.. they had two faults one the water was not heating which I was able to resolve. The second fault is the Dryer Elements are not turning on the two ntc's look fine with High Resistance and when you cover the resistance drops as expected and both the dryer elements are 50ohms so are fine... I also saw E73 in the diagnostic saying Possible Ntc in the duct being faulty I'm guessing this is the Ntc at the front of the machine by the main PCB, what would be the acceptable resistance value of the Ntc from new? Would the dryer board at the front right hand side(facing the drum) be the possible cause for the dryer elements not turning on? I'd appreciate your thoughts before ordering from your store. hi there, i was wondering if you could help me: my Zanussi washing machine just stops mid cycle. The water drains successfully and I can hear the pump but the drum doesn’t spin at all after. Two minutes later, the error code E20 appears. I have cleared the drain filter too. Please help

Hello, we have an ewf 12680w that when in wash cycle (not spin or drain) drains the water slowly without the water pump working. Which is strange. And sometimes just stops randomly and doesn’t continue until you turn it on. What could it be?
