I had to wait over 2 years to get some highlights in my grey hair to give it a lift. If I had done it sooner, the roots were coming in too dark a shade of grey - but because I waited a long time to have highlights in the T -SECTION, it now looks good and the roots are coming in lighter, which will blend. Growing out your grey takes time and patience!
@@MirellaManelli I did alternates, as he hair has a steely blueish grey. One highlight 20vol to one low light 5g 6.1 / 3g .22 / 2g 00 pulp riot demis. Then I toned the highlights with 9.1 / 10.1 I sectioned out the fringe and added brickwork style foils to break up the dark maybe only three foils in the fringe. She was so happy with it as was I. Great method really speedy too. Will be using this a lot and have subscribed. Thank you.
I absolutely all of this the end result would be spectacular for one of my customers how long did this last for her before she had to come back in for maintenance appointment
I wish I could get you to do my hair - where are you located?! Have gone natural as my hair is silver around the face, but sort-of drab dark-blonde to light brown beyond that. I think I need some silver highlights to help it transition and brighten up my appearance, but don't want to completely cover my silver in the front. I've done my own hair in the past several times, and know what I want, and this is it! If you could be more specific about what you used I could possibly do it myself (I think!). But I'd love to come to you if possible bc your technique is amazing!
Hi again! Quick question about placement. In this video it's a side part. On the side with less hair you didn't go all the way to the part. On the heavy side you did. How would you do the placement for a middle part?

Very helpful. The placement was very helpful.
Thank you for the video, I like the fact that few foils are used .
It’s the pivoting that helps maximize the highlights
Thank you ☺️
Love this
Used this method on a friend today 20 ish foils with a lowlight. Turned out really beautiful 🤍
I love that! Thank you for sharing ❤️

Thank you! She will return in about 12 weeks for a glaze and cut.
@@MirellaManelli Silly question. What do you mean by glaze?

I looks beautiful I want so much to gray, I’m over 75% it so hard to keep up. My kids tell me I will look old going gray but she looks fantastic.
You can do it! You'd be surprised how beautiful it can look. I say do what makes you feel beautiful.
Very nice
Did you do a root smudge at all or did you just tone it
Amazing work!
Thank you! Cheers!

I would either do a highlight right on the part or right behind the part.
Nice!
