Thanks so much! I definitely made up for the fairways with the GIR! The distance control from deep rough and rough was some of the best I’ve had to date. Narrow fairways and fast greens made for tough set up.
I hate to ask... but how much does a gorgeous set up like this cost? I was thinking of just starting with a GoSports hitting net and mat in my basement for now with a small impact screen. Think this would be worth it or should I save for a plunge into the proverbial deep-end?
So overtime considering ALL components the number can climb. BUT. I started with a $100 mat, $150 net, a $600 laptop, a $700 MLM2Pro, and a $60 webcam. So when I started it was $1,600-$1,800 all in. Over time I upgraded my mat, then impact screen then projector, then flooring, and finished the room. My advice would be to get started with a PLAN to finish it. As in set yourself up with the right items that you can use and integrate in to your completed solution as you work at building it. I always feel like if you wait the cost is really too daunting. But if you get started. Month by month over a year or 18 months… you’ll find yourself close to where I’m at today. Great question!
