mine was working fine but suddenly this happened , so i tried a loads of things but nothing worked, i decided to factory reset the TV but now on the setup its stuck on "scanning for networks". NOTHING seems to work, i think i have to give up the fire tv now, if you find an actual solution that would be helpfu

I have the EXACT same issue, sees the router but fails to secure a connection, even using an Ethernet cable and it is still failing. They sent me a replacement tv, but I'm curious if it can be resolved.

Great video but didn't help me. I've tried a factory reset but it won't connect to the internet. It will find my wifi but times out. I have two fire sticks that are doing the same thing (not working)
and one that's working fine.

Got mine working eventually after a factory reset i was able to set it back up with my phones wifi hotspot. Still slow if you load a few apps.

These are mostly if it stops working we are having the issue that it's never worked so we can't do alot of the things you had said
