    I was at this show with my daughter. The entire show was unbelievable. When these guys came out, our minds were blown. And tickets were only $15.

    Man, every time i have seen this, i get teary in the end, Mike & Dave & Pat have an unspoken pact, the male version of "Just call me whenever you want"
    There is so many comments on comparisons, rivalry n bullshit & what if's etc, then there's 5-10 seconds when you see true brotherhood, that is palpable...never end..

  • @devojane
    @devojane 13 лет назад +4

    Wow, man. So awesome. Mike was in probably junior high when Fun House came out, and now he's in the Stooges. He saw Pat w/ the Germs and was inspired to do punk. Eddie and Dave were in high school/junior high when the Minutemen were active. Raul grew up in Pedro in the 80's and was in high school when Nirvana and Pearl Jam were hitting the big time. Crazy generational shit!

    • @sbirrito

      Blue McDaniel pitty its a neil young song though and not a pearl jam song.Again ,bad idea. The progression in pearl jams drummers was perfect. No other drummer but jack irons could have made yield and no code as perfect as they were, no other drummer could have nailed riot act like matt. Dave grohl in peral jam?ha no thanks.

    • @BlueMcDaniel
      @BlueMcDaniel 8 лет назад

      Yeah, I'm so stupid. Why did I even comment. I obviously didn't know what I was talking about by mentioning a Neil young cover. You obviously are dead set on the band at hand. You have no idea what would have happened. I wouldn't state absolutes, as much as I would just state an opinion (i.e. "No other drummer".)Pearl Jam thought it was a good idea. The upside is you are not the guy who makes those decisions so "ha no thanks".
