Sim mestre uma bela aula de solda no titânio é como sempre em todos os tubos essa hora das 7as 9 sempre é a mais delicada de ser executada obrigado pela orientação 🙏
i like that rig setup you have going on. is that something you came up with? the 2nd hose attachment, and is that like a filter screen along with it? great idea. i know titanium is a pain to weld since it requires a ton of shielding gas and its sticky. sub'd and 👍👍
@@weldinggadget9562 appreciate it were doing a titanium job here at the shop I pretty much got the hang of it but I have two questions. On my cap I’m trying to get silver but some times I get straw color do you think I’m getting the metal to hot? Also on the root is it acceptable to get blue color on the side of the root? The root itself is silver. And yes I’m using a trailer.
What industry is this for? Is it for Nuke work? Have done almost 20years now in oil and gas and have yet to have an opportunities on titanium pipe. Carbon, stainless, duplex, xeron 100, inconel and chrome, but never titanium

Obrigado
Those are some beautiful welds. I can only imagine how much prettier they'd be if the welds were blended.
What I was wondering about was solved.
Thank you so mouch.
you welcome

A veces es solo cosa de suerte , estudio y tener la capacitación correcta para hacerl el trabajo
Una pregunta que color de tugsteno se usa para titanio
Greaf
This is fucking crazy. People have no idea how hard TIG welding is and your doing it to titanium.
How many amps are you using?
about 80-90 , depend of gap and position
@@weldinggadget9562 thank you. I'm tigin tube next week
What size root gap are you using there?
on this diameter should be 3 - 4.5 mm (best 3.5 - 4 , e.g. on 1" 3 mm ) but on this welding coupons are 4 - 5.5 mm (too wide)
@@weldinggadget9562 Thanks for the info! Great channel you have here
