You're very much right. I'm back to pursuing my RUclips career and worrying about the stuff i worried about before anxiety (e.g. girls, career, money, etc.) Honestly I knew I was getting better from anxiety when I started to want a relationship with a girl again. Anyway thanks so much man. I think I'm basically there now. Ive only had one panic attack in the last nine months and the one I had I sat through and didn't stop doing what I was doing in any way.

I want to thank you for using your experience to help others. Your videos alone have helped me more than many doctors and really anything I’ve done over the coarse of 2 years of sinking into deep anxiety. I’m not recovered yet, but because of you I confidently see the way out. Knowing that I don’t need to keep trying drugs or doctors to get out. Though I do think I may need some therapy or counseling for ptsd from it all. Not sure if that would even help since it requires focusing on it more. Really just hearing you say things like it’s only uncomfortable but I’m used to feeling uncomfortable and just don’t care anymore. Has helped massively in my thought process. Along with understanding how it all works of coarse. Keep it coming cuz you are my main help in this journey!

Agoraphobia is my last big hurdle and setting goals and making plans. Which I have completely stopped doing and find it very hard to start doing again. Lost sight of everything due to avoidance behavior. I find myself losing Hope easily still. But I’m not giving in because I understand the process now because of you!!!!

hi there, i have a somatoform disorder since my covid vaccinations. Now i am in psychotherapy and i do the same approach as you did. I have anxiety feelings when i fall asleep. Thus, for months i couldn’t sleep very well and felt very very exhausted. then i started autogenic training which helped me a lot. Right now i am finding back to normal life. Next month i will start to work again slowly and maybe do a 3 day work week. Sorry for my english, i am from germany

Shaan you mentioned the root causes (personality issues, thought patterns etc.) which make us fall in the cycle in the first place. It would be great if you touch upon that someday too. ❤

He has a lot of videos on how to respond but what the right response is, accept your feelings/emotions without problem solving/figuring out.
