Don’t fight with your anxiety. Accept it and let it be as it is. You will notice that your anxiety will get recovered.

    Focus on discipline instead 🎉
    Feelings become secondary.
    The tasks become more important.
    Brilliant Shaan.

The Best coach on anxiety recovery i could ever find. Any video i watch I would've stopped the video in the middle if the content is not relevant with my problem, but guess what For the first time in my history of RUclips videos watching, i have come across an authentic and genuine insight of what anxiety is by your videos. Your understandability and IQ is way better than most counsellors.
Please keep making up this genius content with pinpoint accuracy. Lots of love and praise brother, you're saving so many lives you've no idea. The whole world will be impacted by your efforts. ❤❤

I really feel I’m here right now!!
I hate how anxiety is not linear!! I’m getting the oddest symptoms I havnt had. I feel it’s trying to get me and bring me down. Every time I get up I get next level fainty and the head pressure is so intense hard to walk and move. This one is really challenging. 😥

Some months ago I felt I was "almost" out of the cycle, and yet lately I've been experiencing strong anxiety again. I think this is due in part to the extreme heat (I hear heat is bad to anxiety sufferers), in part to the fact that I have less work. When I must do something for work, I feel better than times when I can just relax and do nothing. On the subject of being incongruent, I have been feeling anxiety just by strolling in my town, and yet I'm about to go on a journey to Malaysia. I was considering changing my plans, but I realized leaving is the right thing to do, and that I shouldn't give up on journeys just because of anxiety. Let's see if I made the right choice.

I’m feeling this atm very intensely. I’m still going to work and it’s very very hard as I feel I’m pretending a lot at work but also pushing through. There are moments where I stand up and feel like my vision is going. Such a scary feeling then I get light headed and fainty and that throws me off all day!! 😵‍💫 anyone experience this?

Hi @sunit, how are u right now? I hope you’re doing okay. You are bigger than your anxiety. I have the same situation. Just sitting normally upon waking up then this sudden sensation comes up where you reach for air and it’s hard to breath. There’s this sensation on the chest where it’s very uncomfortable. It feels like choking to death then these intrusive thoughts attack about death. Just like Shaan said don’t judge this sensation and let it be. It’s so hard to do but we have to push ourselves for betterness and continue living. You are safe. Sending you virtual hug. Keep going~

This is great Thankyou. However I’m abit confused with the symptom where you feel breathless abs dizzy (lethargic) how do you continue life and work where you can’t slow yourself down. Do you just keep pushing through without resistance?
Just very hard when you feel your oxygen is so low (this is the one symptom I struggle with a lot) 😢
