машина bmw 525d 2002 года. там bosch инжекторы. двигатель M57D25. использовал головку М27. Она там с внутренним патроном для стенок как раз, который вставляется во внутрь форсунки, а головка накручивается на внешнюю резьбу. просто разбирать всю форсунку не хотелось.

Инжекторы 0 445 110 252 и 110 075 совершенно разные конструктивно внутри, в добавок применялись на разных поколениях систем COMMON RAIL BOSCH, то есть рассчитаны на работу при разных максимальных давлениях. Если даже на Вашем автомобиле инжектор 0 445 110 075 будет работать, то очень недолго, он выйдет из строя, так как рассчитан на максимальное давление 1350 bar, а более новая система Вашего автомобиля работает при более высоком давлении.

I have a couple of questions. 1) what would be the correct measurement for 3rd method of the ball valve lift, and for the nozzle needle lift? how do I correct them if they're wrong? 2)I'm opening it for cleaning. What parts should I check out for wear. Especially beacuse the leak-off (return) of the injector is far greater than the other 5 injectors. Thank you very much for any help you can give me! :)

Если Вы не потеряли никаких деталей, и не потянули резьбу на корпусе, то может работать. А о каком номере инжектора (или какой автомобиль) идет речь? Вообще, если инжектор сильно прикипел, то необходимо разбирать его прямо на машине, и закреплять адаптер не за внешнюю резьбу электромагнита (она очень мелкая, и стенка очень тонкая), а за внутреннюю резьбу гайки клапана-мультипликатора М 17х1, она гораздо крепче.
скажите пожалуйста. у меня прикипела форсунка. я использовал девайс для извлечения форсунки. снял верхнюю часть, на внешнюю резьбу накрутил спец. головку и обратным молотком выбил её. теперь надо собрать верхнюю часть. скажите потом форсунка будет нормально работать или как ?!
Can l change the coil of the injector? because l have a problem after replacing ml 270 cdi year 2000 injectors the original was 0445110035 and the new ones 0445110201, but the ECU not recognize them. So would it be a good idea to exchange just the electronic part of the injectors in order to make it work?

Someone said on a video that if you have a CR injector with blow by you can throw it away and just buy a new one instead of fixing it. Why is that ? Thanks in advance.
Most of the problems of Common Rail injectors, including the leakage, can be repaired and corrected. Most likely, the one who sells new injectors says that repair is not possible. :)

Будет ли достаточно производительности топливной системы, чтобы создавать 350 Н*м момента силы при 4000 об.мин.? И ещё вопрос: какое предельное безопасное давление Вы рекомендуете использовать для этой топливной системы?

Мы таким не занимаемся, но постоянно сталкиваемся с последствиями в виде расплавившихся поршней. Какой процент успешных случаев такого тюнинга, мне не известно, понятно только, что и поршни двигателя должны соответствовать такому увеличению количества топлива и воздуха.
Дмитрий, подскажите как выбрать "Pressure pin". Заказываем щас распылители, там Pressure pin идёт отдельно. У него разная длина, от 28.19мм до 29.49мм. Какой взять не знаю. Номер форсунки 0 432 133 835. Заранее спасибо Вам !

I do not know what kind of car and what type of injector we are talking about, but if you removed the solenoid nut, you broke the micron adjustment. You can dismantle the return pipe from this injector, rotate the starter and check the back leak. If the return leak is huge, it means that the injector is broken.

Maximum fuel quantity is nozzle needle lift, nozzle opening pressure is nozzle spring washer.

Why need to start from needle side? I took off 1 of the nut cap, and now my car won't start.
Disassembly of BOSCH injector must be started from the nozzle side in order to be able to measure and adjust the needle stroke.
So if i remove the nut cap and put it back same it was, do i damage anything?

No, the injector still in the engine, i just took off the cup from the top and put it back.
