I'm always ready for whatever you are presenting when you sound the greeting , "Welcome Back, welcome back". You could spend a half an hour just reading the instructions on all of your household cleaners while making a beautiful project, and I would be applauding at the end! The beautiful book gets a standing ovation!
I love these craft time mysteries! The book turned out amazing ❤ This story reminds me of an infamous lady from my hometown Leiden (The Netherlands). Her name was Maria Catharina Swanenburg. Born 1839. Nickname 'Goeie Mie' (Good Mie. Mie is short for Marie). She got the nickname because she looked after the sick and elderly and their insurance papers (see where this is going?). 😳 She was convicted of killed at least 27 people, but she is suspected of killing more than 100. Even her own familymembers were not spared. She also used arsenic.
Thank you for the book recommendation. I'm of Hungarian descent. My great-grandparents wanted nothing to do with that. Both of my greats came here and bought a house in the burbs of Philadelphia, PA(when Philly was great to live there) ❤
Journal looks wonderful as usual and you work so fast, lol. And the story is so enjoyable in a mystery way. Lately there's a woman in Thailand using the same method poisoned 15 ppl and 14 died in the period of 3 years. If there wasn't a survive victim it could be more. She's still on trial and playing mentally ill card hoping to get less punishment.
Very interesting stories! Almost all the time! Your value added is very appreciated by me. Great book too. Thank you. I will need to build a signature cradle and a cool book press soon.
I would love to make cradle but I got to clear out more crafting space first. I'm currently using an old mouse mat to protect my table when I punch holes with a thumb tack. Yeah, I have no awl yet as that I will purchase after I have a cradle set up. 😁 It's amazing what we can use around our house to start book making. I can not get hold of a brick to use for weight, so I'm looking to see what my local timber yard can help me with to create a DIY book press. I hope your cradle and book press build goes well. ❤😊👍
I always enjoy your craft time mysteries. But I am always amazed at how beautiful your books are! Absolutely perfectly done! Thanks for sharing your talents and stories!❤❤❤
what a beautiful book - i love watching you create them - this is a story that i also was not aware of - thank you Nik - be well and stay safe xx - you and all of your talents that you share with us are greatly appreciated -🤗🤗
Your old book is gorgeous, I love watching you bind the pages together 🥰 I especially enjoy your crime stories so interesting, I want to get this book now. Thank you!
🤩🤩🤩Your book turned out so well.💜 Nice cover and it's probably one of the ones you made yourself. 🤩🤩🤩 Craft Time Mystery and Aunt Susie sound very exciting.👍
I sure have missed "Craft Time Mystery".🤩 This was an extra crazy one!👀 You always make crafting books seem so doable! And...I actually have all of the stuff you used today.😁I'm pretty stingy with my eco-dyed papers. But, I have a metric crap-ton of designer and decorative 12x12s just collecting dust.😉 It would be a great way to start teaching my teen grandkids how to make books.💖Thanks, Nik! Hope you're well. Blessings.💜💜💜
Craft time mystery! Yeay! PTSD, domestic abuse, so much suffering. It's a sorry thing to say, but Aunt Susie may have prevented some murders with her murders. Glad I wasn't trying to manage things back in those particular "good old days"!
Nik: I’ve watch your videos and thought you were very talented, but you are a wonderful story teller too. Excellent on both fronts. Thank you. Carol from California
The only problem with your Craft Time Mysteries is that there isn't enough of them! I love your Craft Time Mysteries! I'm going read that book now! Have you ever read The Radium Girls by Kate Moore if not read it i couldn't put the book down!
What a great story Nik! Thanks for the education. Watching you make that lovely book while listening to the horror story definitely made for a strange twist in my brain. Lol Loved both
Going to have to watch this again.. I got so interested in Aunty Suzie's story I missed some of what you were doing... lol.. cheers for sharing... Love the book!
Holy moly the merging of two of my favorite things! Arts & crafts and mystery! The perfect relaxing blend. Thanks! BTW, this one reminded me of the murders by Guilia Tofana. She helped hundreds of women kill off their abusive husbands (I’m sure they weren’t all) by selling Aqua Tofana.
Wow! Thoroughly enjoyed your video. You are a wonderful story teller. Plus the bonus of a short book binding video. Although, it is hard to say which one was the bonus as both were equally appreciated and valued. If my history teachers would have taught us history this way I would have remembered all of it.
I absolutely love these crime time mysteries! Please do more. And, I have a feeling, none of your fans care how long it is. I could sit for 3 hr listening and watching. Now, is there a regular teachable video on how you made this book? I'd love to try but this is too fast. Thanks and please carry on!
Crazy Awesome Tutorial, love this book 🌸 I'm always so engrossed n the process and your story, like, nooo, don't finish the book, I want to hear more (and learn more 😉)
That was so cool! I started doing genealogy in my late teens(yeah, I'm a nerd). I found a local murder mystery where my great great grandmother's brother was a suspect. It wasn't solved until years later when the girl's (my relative's girlfriend) mother confessed on her deathbed. Christine Ketts Dayton, OH if you're interested.
Fly paper arsenic was fairly common during that time period, there was also a woman in New York who had a business selling the same type of “cure all”. She was not as prolific since she was caught much sooner.

I looked her up, this was a ghastly business!
@@hiddenshadow2105 I know right?! Horrible. Killed her own parents too 😳
I'm always amazed how one person's actions can affect so many people, for good or ill.
Love the journal would love to see slowly how you did the spine 😊 I also love your stories 😊😊 TFS 😘😘❤️🇨🇦
I second 'please show a little slower how you did the spine' notion
Yes me too. I would like to see how you did that spine but a wee bit slower please 🤗
More! More! Crafty beauty and a murder mystery all in one. I could have listened for an hour. Excellent!
