@@MissionMovePhysicalTherapy Yes, but its only showing when toe actually bend, I have zero movement in that toe, but somehow able to run, but speed is not so great. Now I'm trying to figure out how much of a impact on speed it cause. Looks like toe still bends but more in direction of other fingers plus plated shoes doesn't bend that much anyway. But still looks like it cause steps to be lot shorter as result? I guess I just have to run slower which is ok, since I'm well over 50 and some people will be glad to be able to run at all, let alone care about speed.

Stubbed my left big toe badly just over 8 weeks ago. Was told to take pain killers. Stubbed it again 4 times. It's not broken but the pain has been unbearable. These exercises are too extreme. I've lost my range of motion which means as you say in the video exercises I was going before are impossible. Where do I start in order to increase the range of motion with severe arthritis? I have severe arthritis in both big toes.

Hi. I'm 50yo. I had plantar fasciitis for last a year. Now, the plantar fasciitis better after consistenst stretching exercise, but the ROM of BIG toe still limited, and got pain after longrun. Is there any suggestion? Might be arthritis too? Fyi, the other 4 toes are normal

Try some great toe extension stretches! If those don't help, it may be some big toe arthritis!
