Brian Edwards is the man who noticed the Kill Zones painted on the South Curb on Elm. He has a very qualified Sniper's mentality that is useful for trying to figure out how this went down.

Over looked items. The hole through the windshield...if that is the throat shot, the line of fire comes from the Triple Underpass. There were a number of vehicles stopped under the the Underpass. Just a thought...
