I'm a practicing witch, but that doesn't mean I am against Christianity or any other religion. I've met many Christians who were very friendly and respectful of my practice, some even curious! I grew up as a Christian and got the privilege to visit the Vatican once. Although I don't personally believe in God or any deities, I could feel the energy in that place, or any religious temple for that matter. Even if i don't believe in the same deities that you might, I will always be honored to visit a place of worship because I know how sacred and meaningful these places are for others of that faith. Just a (hopefully) short comment, from a European atheist. The magical tree is synonymous with opening your eyes, sort of in the way atheists and non-believers did to religion as a whole. When you open your eyes and see the truth, you see the horror that is life. As an atheist, you are forced to go your whole life seeking meaning, battling nihilism. Nihilism is perhaps one of the most dangerous viruses that spread among secular societies. The worst criminals are nihilists, like all the school shooters and that one norwegian mass shooter who's name i won't look up as he does not deserve me uttering his name. The snake is said to be Satan, the snake is also one of our ancestors biggest enemies because if there's a venomous snake in the grass, you'd get the hell out, or perhaps you'd attempt to kill it and become the hero of the village. What a very nice job Pope Francis did with the whole World Meeting Of Family & I was there for the big mass in Philadelphia PA which was a very nice mass that he put together for the over million people that was there & I was able to get a very good spot. to get that good spot that I had I had to get up 4AM & we went down with our church left 5AM bright & early in the morning got to our spot about 8AM & not too bad at the time but not long after we got there it was filling up very fast The only thing is I felt kind of dumb that I did not bring my big camera because the TSA was a bit more strict then getting on an airplane & having a professional camera body & the lens that I would need for a perfect shot needing to empty out every single pockets & I have a big camera bag with a lot of pockets but there were people with DSLRs but only brought the body & telephoto lens in a see through bag never thought about that but got some good photos for cell phone photos & some videos with my phone as well. TSA to out spot & the mad dash out after the mass were the 3 big challenges but other then that a very nice day we all had that day. & do have to say that the Pope is the most humbled person there is for riding in a Fiat 500 instead of a limo & a jeep rangier for the Pope Mobile. & looking out for the poor people & blessing Babies the disabled & the sick & the severely sick blessing them very nice of him the do. Also him at the 911 memorial taking his time to pray for all the victims that was loss & injured on that very sad day & the family of the 911 victims as well. All I do now is pray for Pope Francis to be healthy. & GOD BLESS

I'm a practicing witch, but that doesn't mean I am against Christianity or any other religion. I've met many Christians who were very friendly and respectful of my practice, some even curious! I grew up as a Christian and got the privilege to visit the Vatican once. Although I don't personally believe in God or any deities, I could feel the energy in that place, or any religious temple for that matter. Even if i don't believe in the same deities that you might, I will always be honored to visit a place of worship because I know how sacred and meaningful these places are for others of that faith. What a very nice job Pope Francis did with the whole World Meeting Of Family & I was there for the big mass in Philadelphia PA which was a very nice mass that he put together for the over million people that was there & I was able to get a very good spot. to get that good spot that I had I had to get up 4AM & we went down with our church left 5AM bright & early in the morning got to our spot about 8AM & not too bad at the time but not long after we got there it was filling up very fast The only thing is I felt kind of dumb that I did not bring my big camera because the TSA was a bit more strict then getting on an airplane & having a professional camera body & the lens that I would need for a perfect shot needing to empty out every single pockets & I have a big camera bag with a lot of pockets but there were people with DSLRs but only brought the body & telephoto lens in a see through bag never thought about that but got some good photos for cell phone photos & some videos with my phone as well. TSA to out spot & the mad dash out after the mass were the 3 big challenges but other then that a very nice day we all had that day. & do have to say that the Pope is the most humbled person there is for riding in a Fiat 500 instead of a limo & a jeep rangier for the Pope Mobile. & looking out for the poor people & blessing Babies the disabled & the sick & the severely sick blessing them very nice of him the do. Also him at the 911 memorial taking his time to pray for all the victims that was loss & injured on that very sad day & the family of the 911 victims as well. All I do now is pray for Pope Francis to be healthy. & GOD BLESS
