I had awakened with lower back pain, so I positioned my self in "Wuji" (mind, thought in Emptiness stance). Wuji creates foundations for healthy alignment and allows the body to begin circulating qi in an effective and revitalizing way (Kuo-Deemer, Mimi Qigong and the Tai Chi Axis, 1988). Thank you so very much for this. Yes, my back is completely healed of the pain.
i did a 6 day course sample with u recently but ur being is so much happier on this u tube vid , i wonder if being indoors on ur vids affected u as u here outside u seem much calmer and harmonious and lighter thanks
