The monster truck was "The Cardiff Giant". It later sank in a lake in Sparks, Nevada. The sinking was caught on video and shown on "Return of the Monster Trucks" After being pulled out and rebuilt, it ran with Golden State Promotions under different names before being sold to a promoter in Japan, along with several other trucks.
Some moonshiners called their stuff "Mountain Dew". There's even a old bluegrass song called "Mountain Dew" Goes like this... "Well they call it that good ol mountain dew, And them that refuse it are few. I'll shut up my mug if you'll fill up my jug, with that good ol mountain dew."
