Cs_damage and de_hankangai were remade by ESCalation for Counter-Strike 1.6 and Condition Zero a while back and they are available for download. They are perfect redemptions of said scrapped maps. De_vessel was remade by Asertywny under the name cs_thinice and it's available for download as well. Besides, you can tell from the screenshots and footages that most of those cut maps design carried over to the single player missions in CZ Deleted Scenes.

cs_miami isn't really a part of cut maps because the map was bundled with the xbox release also a trivia, cs_truth previous name was cs_toruko which features a beautiful backyard garden with zen garden of sorts with waterfall and small waterflow and it's only available in sp Truth in Chaos mission, not in both multiplayer versions

Most of them, yes. CZ allows for a higher poly count so some maps that are particularly demanding may not work. Some textures also may show up differently in CS 1.6 vs CZ.
ok so i've just noticed MANY of these maps exist & are commonly used in the VR cs clone pavlov. Silo, killhouse, de_quarry. Idk if they were made for Csgo and ported over but yeah, seems like the pavlov community must have some fascination with CZ to me.

cs:cz was always just a premium HD experience of 1.6 in my books. Don't get the hate for it

Actually Desert Bunker does exist, but it's actually different than what was on the screenshot.
I have that desertbunkers but bots there have poor navigation esp the CTs.... they just stay in their spawn area...

Yes, you can. As long as you have all the needed files (textures, models, sprites) -- you can run maps from both games in each game.
