They actually had a kickstarter month ago for the expansion, I’ve heard about this game from you guys and wanting to play it since then. I got it now and waiting it to arrive in a week or so. I just played this game a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. I need to get a copy for my collection. I played it at 2 players and it was fine but I do agree that 4 players is probably the sweet spot.

4 players is the sweet spot. Not too crowded, but also there's plenty of action!

Great video as usual. I am considering buying but I don’t have a group to play so I might have to put it in stand by for now.
It has a 2 player mode that you might be interested in and it's pretty good. But it for sure shines with 4 players

Yes, lighting will be the next thing I invest in.
Panasonic Gh5, they actually came out with GH6 recently. But it's a bit too much for just RUclips videos if you don't plan to do any video freelance work
@@aliplaysalotro looking at your videos you really don't need a better camera - it looks amazing as is. ;) lights and just experimenting with the shot is the way to go

I'm fine with random elements in short & easy games, but for a game this thicc it seems to have a bit too much randomness, so I think I'll have to pass. Thanks for another amazing video!
Understandable. In our experience, the luck factor evens out throughout the game. We've never had a game where we can say that you won or lost just because of luck. But you for sure will have those fights where you just can't get a break.
Great review! This game looks huge though, do you know how big that board is? I wonder if it would fit on my table.
The board is not that big, I would say your standard board game board (think Eldritch Horror or Ticket to Ride) but the whole setup does take a bit of space. How big is your table?

We personaly didn't have the chance to test it at two. BUT there's a dedicated two player variant and we've heard a lot of good thing about it. So it seems like the answer is - YES!

Nop! I tried it before and like you said it is just too much! it feels like a "board game mechanics salad" for me and it is not fun
Have to play a couple of times more to understand if I like it 😂
Tbh - I like Alice in Wonderland but not in this context. Paint the Roses is appealing to me but this feels like Tim Burton or America McGee “Excess” Alice which is off putting.

It's good at two, but you'll get the most of it playing with 4 players where the interaction is through the roof
