Running in a wrong directions OR the analogy of the frog doesn't mean racism or any form of colors but the mental distress,he talking about the diverted mind because of the load our brain dealing with.Noticing the diversions (As he said it numbing distractions) and correcting it is the method or the technique he is talking about in my understandings
Im confused....I thought a mental break down was a severe case of losing it....but you refer to depression and anxiety as a nervous break down.....if thats the case, ive been having a nervous break down for years as ive suffered anxiety since early teens
