I too yearn to be yelled at by PerspectiveEnd.
I want to feel how ER Cliffjumper feels....
I feel like if you asked me to yell at you, I'd say no.
Kinda reminds me of the time Steven Ogg was asked to curse at a fan
Roast a Mans? More like Roast a Fans!
I want to experience the once a day roast a man's 😂
Was beyond honored to have met you at TFCon, that was deadass one of the best weekends of my life
I'm proud to have been able to positively effect you so.
@@PerspectiveEnd i mean where's vlog cilp?
@@Nathaniel_dino2008-jz6gvhe said he didn't film or take any pictures
@@RyanLemke-Doyle i can't found a footage? Or that video?
@@PerspectiveEnd i can't found a footage look i mean don't take out of context
Why were you trying to assemble waspinator? he was missing a limb for most of his screen time
Lmao
That's a damn good joke.
It's alright perspective not everyone's first conversation experience is great
Yeah I know, it's just I don't think most people walk out of a Convention feeling like a Failure.
It’s very sweet of you to care so much about it all
Ehh. It's a lot of heart ache for stupid reasons. Like I'm sure I have to be overreacting, yet I can't stop the thoughts going through my head.
@@PerspectiveEnd Feelings are stupid, yeah.
@@PerspectiveEnd understandable man. I feel like my feelings kick my ass on a daily basis. That’s why I felt like I should say something since you were clearly trying your best given the circumstances:))))
PE identified by first fan he meets due to his emotional outburst powers is like... the most this channel thing that has ever happened
I await a future incident where he nicknames chunky twins Skids and Crosscut
I don't understand the second part, but Yeah I do guess that would be the most Stereotypical thing I could have possibly done to meet a fan.
@@PerspectiveEnd lol couldn't remember if it was you or Thew or who, but someone snuck the concept of mold brothers as being twinsies etc into me head and the stoned comedian in me said "there's gotta be a tribe of square butt identical homies out there, and someone has to break it to them that they're Skids/Silverskids/etc"
Much love, bro- I'm probably gonna pass out for a hot minute lol
I know that pass out soon feel. And aren't those two just called the twins?
@@PerspectiveEnd I have heard this twin bit attributed to everybody from Sideswipe y Sunstreaker (?!?) to Runabout and Runamuck and idk what up wit dat
Also can I just state that it's sexist of us not to curse Elita 1's entire pack of droogies with such nonsense? Hashtag all fembots are twinsies, hashtag screw amazon for that BS with Greenlight (I have 4/5 of an Orthia and I will never be able to pay the $300+ fools want for Spearmint Chromia)
@@PerspectiveEnd well I'll pass i made just don't quit on yt
Ah perspective got his first case of con crud welcome to the club
Someone else called it that, and yeah man that sucked.
Well on the plus side, it's only up from here I guess. I'm sure it wasn't as bad as you are thinking, and a lot of fans just loved seeing you in person. So don't beat yourself up, everyone makes mistakes.
I know I have to be over reacting, but at the same time I can't make the sad thoughts stop.
Don't worry perspective everyone can be social anxious at times. Heck I had social anxiety a majority of my life. Also I personally can't wait for the MMC constructicons review you seem really exited about them and I kind of am too so I'm ready for a cartoon perfect devastator that can combined.
I'm not usually one who suffers Social Anxiety, and I don't even know that's what this was. I was more just self conscious that I wasn't doing my duty.
And I don't know that I'll say this Devastator is going to be Cartoon Perfect. But so far none of them have been, and this looks about as close as any, while also having the qualities I want.
Unfortunately couldn’t make it. Wish I could have been there to meet the funny internet man made of triangles and other geometric shapes.
The good news is the chances of meeting me this first time were low. So there's always better chances next time.
This video is so relatable though, I think we've all had social events go horribly wrong that we kick ourselves for (and haunt your nightmares for years to come). Don't beat yourself up too much though, it WAS your first time after all.
perspective end being super socially anxious and wanting to apologize for everything, is quite funny. also, releived that you weren't mirdered there, considering how your reputation within some corners of the fanbase in general.
Oh yeah, no one jumped me or anything.
Though to be fair I am more imposing in real life, so you'd have to have some conviction if you saw me and decided to go through with it.
However that's an unrealistic concern.
It was great meeting you at my first convention, was almost too nervous to talk to you when you were at the art booth, but got the nervous feeling out when meeting Alfonso and Primus the Creator. Incidentally I didn’t end up using the spare bag, just stored it in my backpack. You were also the reason I went to the convention, I’m glad I went, got to meet other fans, met people who helped this franchise and even got to voice Gears for a live script reading. This was a day I won’t forget and I thank you, no matter if it was awkward first time or at the end of the 3rd party panel.
Did we meet at the art booth? I could have sworn me met just outside the artist alley in the space between the two buildings? I remember there being Sun on us.
I'm glad to hear that you had such a good time there, and glad I motivated it. Just know how nervous you were, I was as nervous worrying that I wasn't living up to your expectations.
And the gears reading sounds fun.
I'm sorry you went through so much stress. I think there was a lot of factors adding up. First TFcon, first time meeting fans. I'm positive the next experience will go better though :)
Yeah, I'm sure that now that I know what to expect, I will have a much happier experience next time.
Well at least the next one you go to will be a whole lot better right?
That's what I'm planning, though plans rarely survive first contact.
And the mistakes keep piling! You called Combaticons that picture you took in the video, but those are Scrapper and Mixmaster! 😂
Whoops I'm an idiot. I went to write Constructicons, and the cooler team just slipped out.
It was great to meet you PE, I was rhe guy with the black flower Hawaiian shirt, you were the first person I've ever taken a photo with at a convention and it was amazing
Can you be more specific, I wasn't looking at anyone's shirts, I was focused on faces, so can you tell me what we talked about, or what you look like?
@@PerspectiveEnd we didn't talk much, I asked if you guys were the fraternacons and I had a beard
Oh interesting, I thought the guy who recognized us as the Fraternacons was a Different guy in these comments, but yes I remember you. There was only one person at the whole con who called us the Fraternacons.
If it makes you feel better I screwed up my first tfcon and i made a fool of myself infront of tjomega. It can be very overwhelming. I never realized how much of a plan you need before hand
Sounds like our experiences were much the same.
7:41 A movie toy?

I have betrayed everything I stand for.
@@PerspectiveEnd idk. Highbrow is pretty cool
Ive been thinking about getting tiger hawk for a while, and my question to you is is it worth the full leader price or should I wait for a sale
Having now found it my self, I think it's worth Leader. It's big, it feels good, it looks Great, thought the legs are perhaps a little too short, and damn it's got a pretty complex transformation.
Watching this with cereal 🥣
I hope you're doing alright!
I'm good thank you. I kicked what ever I caught from the convention, and have come to terms with my failings at the con, I just needed to make this video so I could apologize.
It was your first convention, you just didn’t know. (Sorry if this comes off rude or something)
It doesn't, and yeah I'll do better next time.
I actually just found tiger hawk at retail not too long ago, so you might find him yourself pretty soon
I just found him the day I uploaded this at Target. He rules.
Eh, It could be worse. I remember going to my first Con and somehow losing my sister despite we were walking around, literally holding hands for the first hour or so. Then, our mom gave us a $100 dollar budget and I spent $20 of it on Legos. But hey, never forget your first, but their also usually the worst. Hopefully next year will be better
You found your sister thought right?
@@PerspectiveEnd No, she was lost to the halls of Comic-con 2018. Of course we found her, she was wandering around the food court
Hey Perspective, I just wanted to say thanks for the video, I had a really stressful night and to wake up to the mad ramblings of a triangle was exactly what I needed. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work
I don't know these are Mad Ramblings, more like Sad ramblings, but I'm glad to hear they could cheer you up.
P.E willingly buys a figure from a movie adjacent line? What has happened to reality?
I have betrayed everything I stand for.
Next time I’ll definitely have to keep an ear out for your voice lol
I would’ve loved to meet you!
I doubt you'd have heard me easily over the cacophony that was the dealer room, and I wasn't talking a bunch. Pluss you'd have to recognize the pitch because the speed was not the same while I was there.
Hi PE. Let me know if this sounds familiar.
You bought a toy/artwork, that you really like. But there is a small flaw with it. Like a QC error, or discolor. You then thought to yourself, maybe I can fix/improve this part. And so you tried, not realizing it's much harder than it looks. And of course, you darned f-ed it up. And in the end you made it worse, now all you can see is your mistake, and your regrets of not leaving it alone in the first place.
I have made plenty of such mistakes. But in the end, I think experimentation helps me get better with each mistake. But man, the graveyard pile to get there.....
I wish I could have been there, but literally forgot TFCon EXISTED.
But granted I wanna finish my Prime Soundwave cosplay before I end up going to my first TFCon
I too kind of forgot it existed, and only went such short notice because it wasn't too far from home, unfortunately the Traffic was murder.
sorry to hear about that PE, will you be reviewing the bumblebee movie rumble?
It's fine. And I've yet to find one.
This is exactly how I would be in your situation- awkward or uncomfortable. I think at least half your fans would be the same, so no worries 😉.
I don't know that I was Uncomfortable, just worried that I was failing my fans as we spoke.
@@PerspectiveEnd well, worry is a rather uncomfortable feeling, isn’t it? 😉 You’re describing what I would interpret as anxiety, and I can relate.
Kinda wish I could go to TFcon LA, but I live on the east coast, and I can’t drive, and I’m too young to get a hotel. But I’m going to TFcon Baltimore at least, I’m hoping to get some older RID 2001 figures, maybe even get a brave Maximus if I’m lucky. But I’m mainly looking for team bullet train and the rest of the autobot brothers
I would have loved to see you there, though I'd probably have wound up feeling Guilty about you too, but hey if you ever make it out to Cali or I ever make it out there for TFCon then maybe we will meet.
Hi PE, you didn't reply. I guess this means this doesn't apply to you? :(
You bought a toy/artwork, that you really like.
Yeah, I'm sorry if that happened to you, what happened to me, was just me missing some tape with a knife.
I’m very sorry for your disastrous TFCon experience, time-wise and interaction-wise. Maybe the next one. Good haul though.
Thank you, the haul was quite good, and I'm sure the next time will be better.
Ah geez, sorry to hear you didn't have fun yourself, but at least you got a good toy haul. The after-convention bug is pretty standard, I'm afraid; exactly why they were shut down during the height of the pandemic.
Not having been one of them I can't tell you "Don't worry so much, it was fine" about interacting with people in person (and me saying that would be hilariously hypocritical to begin with) but attending a convention is not a performance unless you're on a panel or something, it's okay to not be on full blast anyone surprised the quips don't roll like a normal scripted and retake-as-needed episode when meeting an online influencer in person is setting their expectations too high to begin with.
(and you don't need to feel like you need to reply to this either, I know the comments on this video are probably filled with similar sentiments and just reading my word-spew wilt take long enough)
Yeah makes sense, so many people packed into a small place, money exchanging hands all the time.
I get that I was being silly, but I cant help it.
YOU CAN"T STOP ME FROM RESPONDING!!!
@@PerspectiveEnd I'm always happy to see a response from you, but you're kind of a BNF these days with lots and lots of them to go through, so I don't expect it.
Didn't help that last week I was sick the whole time, so I just didn't have the energy.
I've never actually been to a TFCon ever, so I'm just wondering why there were just bins of random transformers parts. It's probably helpful for people who need those specific parts, but outside of that, It's still confusing to me
Basically it's dudes who buy incomplete or broken figures for like 0 dollars, stick them in bins, and it's up to you to assemble a complete one and buy it.
Wow talk about first impressions. Well as someone who lives in LA and never gone to tfcon/botcon/vidcon (kidding last part) don't say i didn't warn you but here in LA we can be jerks and you can always find parts on ebay, mercari, offerup. Next March hope you have a better experience. And go easy
Yeah I avoid LA if I can help it because of the Traffic, though I didn't think it would get that bad that early, the good news is I didn't run into any jerks at least.
I'm going to try and make at least one of these conventions in my lifetime, but man a scotland to America flight will actually kill me.
I feel you on that. Maybe one day I'll get invited to TFNation or something.
@@PerspectiveEnd that would be a dream lmao, if it ever happens, I'll be there
hey perspective how do you feel about the new skybound comics so far ? especially about cliffjumper, optimus and starscream, and what do you think about the possibility of a crossover with invincible ?
I've been liking it, thought I do think the tone needs to settle a bit, it's still whipping back and forth between Heart Warming, and edgy AF.
My local target had like 5 tigerhawk figures. Its massive!
He is very big yes, I found one the day this uploaded, and I'm so happy.
6:46 I would justify this by saying “Tigerhawk only appeared in like 2 episodes,” but then I remember the tragedy that was Transmutate
Also Tigerhawk was a HUGE part of the episodes he was in, and was Vital to the end of the series.
Would’ve been cool to see you irl, but I’m on other Side of the world. Eh I’ll track you down someday
You make that sound like a bit of a threat, but I'll be happy to see you when you finally do.
@@PerspectiveEnd because it is a threat 😀
Sounds like a rough time. Well, at the very least not all of it was on you. At cons, it's easy for people to forget like...manners or how to act, so don't sweat it if you call someone to attention about it. It's one thing to have fun, just don't be crazy about it. I get how it can be meeting childhood celebrities, I had the chance to meet Jason David Frank and my buddy at the time said I was kinda starry eyed over the experience.
Damn, I wish I had the opportunity to meet Jason David Frank.
Don’t worry buddy, a lot of people obsess over bad social interactions. The other day I was listening to music really loudly and some dude complimented my jacket and I didn’t hear him and I felt bad.
Oof, I can feel the embarrassment of not hearing him. I suffer with you.
I see why you took that one photo! The MMC Constructicons looks fantastic! Can’t wait to see the full team they make!
Yeah, I just had to, they looked so good.
Don't be so hard on yourself. TFCons are as close to positive sensory overload as a place can be.
Shame they didn't put up signage.
David Kaye is very fun to meet.
Yeah it would have been really cool to have met him my self, I don't know why I didn't bother. I'm just dumb.
If it makes you feel better your fans will feel the same way too meeting up with their favourite youtubers, like you, so don't be hard on yourself
I had considered that. But that also makes me sad.
@@PerspectiveEnd so get a poisoning at bar
I got ss Pablo, good god is he awful. Everything is like 3x as tight as it needs to be, and there isn't any clearance for the arms in the transformation, so you end up bumping into the clear plastic door wings.
Yeah I've been hearing bad things about him.
I would tell you not to overthink it, but I know if what you described happened to me, I would overthink it like hell. I think the best you can do is to go back to TFCon next time and do better. When I say better, I mean doing it in a way that makes you feel better about the outcome.
Hopefully, I get to go to TFCon someday. If nothing else, just to gwak at all the toys.
I will do better next time for sure.
And I hope you make it to one I'm at.
I wish I could have gone, unfortunately I suffer from a critical case of living on the other side of the country. Oh, also I’m sure your fans that got yo see you had way more fun than you realized, never forget you’ll always be your biggest critic.
Yeah I'm sure they were happy to meet me, I'm just overthinking things.
for lining posters up like that, get a piece of black background paper so that the line between doesn't pop as much.
That is a good idea.
Hahah. I feel you, i went to my first con over the weekend as well. It's a pretty overwhelming experience. You got the next one, easy.
What was your first convention?
When you say this is your first convention what exactly do you mean? I’m going to assume you live in California, some what close to Los Angeles. There has to be a dozen toy shows happening around that area every year. You don’t go to any of those? As you are someone that both collects toys and are a content creator I have to say you are really missing out.
I have literally never gone to any convention ever before now. Not a single one, the closest thing is local street fairs, but those really don't count.
Just because I have proximity to other conventions doesn't mean I've gone.
As someone who hasn't been to a TFCon, this was cool to hear. Also, the second waves of the Hasbro collector lines this year have been such a disaster in being revealed that I now have Silverbolt in pre-order when Cybertron Starscream, the Deluxes, and Beast Machines Cheetor-morph haven't even been officially revealed.
I'm glad my suffering could bring you joy.
And yeah it is real funny how much they are struggling with their reveals, leaks, and distribution. Hope Silverbolt kicks ass for ya.
Did the same thing this past year at gencon. Sometimes you just pay the money to buy more things at a large store.
Yeah, I had to get Tigerhawk at Target.
@@PerspectiveEnd still have not found one. Selfishly want one, but at this point, it is a long gone present I want to give to my brother.
I wish I could have met you i don’t care how awkward it would have been meeting my favorite RUclipsr would be dream come true
I wish I'd met more of you too. I feel bad that I didn't meet everyone at the convention.
Oh, dude, I can sympathise. My first TF Nation, I had a migraine on the outward journey, arrived in pitch darkness and in pouring rain, woke up in the middle of a panic attack on the Saturday morning (long story!), and spent the day as a 100% introverted zombie, barely acknowledging any other people. I almost didn't go to the evening events because I was feeling so out of it. A group of people I'd never met before sat at the table I was on, and tried SO HARD to engage me in their conversations, as they were surprised I'd come to the show completely on my own but, even then, I was basically monosyllabic.
The Sunday was not much better and, to be honest, I'm never exactly Mr. Sociable, but I very nearly decided never to go to a convention again, particularly after my train got cancelled on the way home, so I lost my reserved seat. Changed my mind in time for the following year's event, which went much better, and convinced my girlfriend to come along the year after that.
Man sounds like your first experience may have been worse than mine, at least mine didn't make me think I didn't want to go again for a time. Glad you found enjoyment in it again.
The whole convention conceit is awkward. You probably didn't make it any worse😂
I made it worse for my self at least.
Know exactly how you feel dude tfcon chicago 2022 was my 1st con I filmed a few videos lol
I wish I'd thought to film stuff, but yeah man first times are never good.
I'm really sorry that your first convention didn't go so well. But, I might have something that could cheer you up a little bit (or make it worse depending on your perspective).
Have you ever noticed that the head wings on the og beast wars megatron kinda makes him look like Destroyah, from the Godzilla movies?
You know in the back of my mind I did kind of notice that, but you just made it crystalize, so thanks for that.
I got three things to say.
1) my first con was a wild experience. Very similar though. It was Pensacon 2022, I had no idea you could go to the celebrity meet and greet zone, me and my brother though you had to PAY just to meet them. (And it's a shame because Ian James Corlett was there that year. I COULD HAVE MET CHEETOR), but now I know that you don't need to pay to meet them.
2. I actually met David Kaye at Pensacon 2023. He was actually one of the coolest people I've ever met, he was such a cool guy. He shared with us some Transformers behind the scenes stories (according to him he auditioned for the role of Optimus Prime in Transformers EarthSpark, but was turned down for Alan Tudyk) we had a "Peter Cullen Optimus-off" where we both just tried to give our best Peter impressions, AND he even signed my Vintage Megatron box, and he was cool enough to let us take a picture with him FOR FREE! If you ever get the chance, definitely meet him.
3. I KNOW TIGERHAWK IS SUCH A PAIN TO TRACK DOWN! I finally managed to find him a few days ago. That's kinda ridiculous that nobody knew who you were talking about considering he's sold out everywhere.
I really wish I'd bothered to meet David Kaye.
And I got my Tigerhawk too. Absolutely love the figure.
And yes it was very frustrating that people were confused.
@@PerspectiveEnd i meet him with David Kaye it's because I'm from Australia
conventions are fun, i'm going to tfnation minicon in Manchester next saturday.
It would be cool to meet you at a convention, but being on different continents kinda causes issues
Yeah unless I'm a guest at TFNation at some point I foresee that as probably an insurmountable barrier.
How good is HFTD Highbrow?
I bought POTP Beachcomber for 9 bucks and he's honestly the perfect size.
He's supposed to be around the same size as Bumblebee vehicle-wise.
Powerglide and Seaspray, on the other hand, are ridiculous miniatures of vehicles the size of a house, so they've got to be at least Deluxe scale. I ain't buying TR Seaspray.
Also bought an old Prime Arcee that's arriving in a few days.
I hope Space Wheeljack's coming into my country. Have you seen Space Wheeljack?
It's a little disappointing, it's a bit stiff in the posing, and the arms in robot mode are silly beyond belief, but it's a cool plane, with an interesting transformation, and a unique altmode.
PotP Beachcomber rules.
And yes they are silly small for wht they are supposed to be.
Nice, hope the Arcee lives up to your expectations.
And yes I've seen Space Wheeljack, I'm excited.
@@PerspectiveEnd this figure from way back when? Maybe?
OMGO MGOM G HFTD HE FINALLY BOUGHT BAYVERSE!??!?!?! ive never been to a convention EVER and i really want to its just i dont have the time to and i dont know much about them, also damn i was right that devastator IS wide as hell.
I don't think Devestator looks super wide. And I did have Nitrozeus for a while.
@PerspectiveEnd well I remember nitro, but you HATED him!!! how could you hate nitro!!?!? (he's literally peak)
Mixmaster and scrapper, my favorite members of the combaticons
I'm more of a Hook Scrapper guy. Though I do have some special fondness for Scavenger.
You gotta know when LA traffic becomes a disaster, rookie mistake
Yeah I try not to Drive through LA if I can help it, I knew it would be bad, I just didn't think it would be that bad that early.
Wait, wait- You're joking!
SOME "TF FANS" DON'T KNOW WHO TIGERHAWK IS AND THOUGHT HE WAS AN OG CHARACTER IN LEGACY?!
Well no, they just thought he was a thing they didn't know that was from "Somewhere" and they only know it showed up in legacy.
Oh, makes sense. Otherwise, that would be slightly insane.@@PerspectiveEnd
Damn I’m sad I didn’t get the chance to meet you. I wouldn’t doubt it that I walked past you a lot maybe but didn’t get the chance to ever meet you. Also never seen your face and don’t know if you ever did a face reveal so again wouldn’t know it’s you lol but I also bought that art work as well. It was exactly the Maximal and Predacon arts too but my freebie was the Soundwave ejecting out his cassettes. All were a gift to my little brother for his love for Soundwave and Beast Wars
I've been on camera several times, and when I announced I was going to TFCon I posted a pic in the video of what I was going to look like in the cloths I was going to be wearing.
Awesome we have the same taste in TGPings art.
Dude, you are up in your head about this. No one is offended. People are all awkward and we all get it.
I get that, but I can't help but need to get it off my chest.
ah hyper analyzing and feeling shame while replaying every recent social interaction in his head. He really is one of us.
Was it ever in doubt?
Lol like a true transformers fan you don't do real life good, welcome to the club.
I think I usually do real life OK.
7:29 I literally screamed loud when i realized you have a Bayverse figure. (im a big Bayverse fanboy) I would like to see a full review of him in the future and see you get more Bayverse figures. (Like Ransack, Dirtboss, Mindwipe, and Seaspray)
I do plan on reviewing it, so you shouldn't have to wait too long.
Please review the tfcon haul
Don't worry man. At least you were able to go. I wish I had the time to do so! I hope some time I can meet you there.
I hope one day I will meet you there too.
Hold up hunt for the decepticons was a bayverse toyline from 2009 to 2010 so I’m curious why you bought the figure
Because it's a cool weird plane, with a unique transformation.
@@PerspectiveEndoh cool
I am still so mad this year I was out of the country and it was the one time I don’t go that you were there
there’s always next year 👏👏👏
Yeah next year. I missed so many people you'll probably have a better chance next time.
Mate our first TFCons were compleatly diffrent. like night and day. I am so sorry that your first con was that stressful. But you learn from those mistakes and get better. I suggest getting a hotel room in the future. I got a massive migrane after doing my panel and needed to crash, it would have sucked to have to have ridden in a car with a migrane. Your next one will be better mate 😊
I couldn't get a hotel because I decided I was going too short notice and I had responsibilities I ensured I took care of.
Though I don't know that a Hotel would have helped with the Exhaustion. I can barely sleep in my own bed, and it's way worse in beds that aren't mine.
Glad your first experience was so much better than mine.
@@PerspectiveEnd it just sucks that your experience went so baddly. I cant really sleep in hotels either I just need a place to escape all the noise and people sometimes. Since lossing my vision I have started becomeing overwhelmed in crowds more than I ever was before lossing my sight. Its very weird. I used to be that person that merges with crowds and enjoyed it, now crowds give me anxiety but I love being around people. I am like a lactos-intolerent cheese addict. lol Your a smart cookie though and I know you will have a better game play next time and knock it out of the park. Youve got this mate! Be well :)
So, you could say your convention experience was… unconventional?
Maybe more typical than you think.
If it makes you feel better, when i went to my first TFCon, I brought two friends of mine, and I felt like I was acting like a complete fool in front of them in a couple of intances.
Like how I imediately bought thing at first glance because of having something akin to the "ooh, shiny" mindset, then having buyers remorse and going around selling/trading with vendors. Which made me look like an idiot to them too.
And because of all that, I didnt have enough money to purchase an autograph from Stan Bush, so I asked one of my friends to lend a little cash for it. (Uuuuuuuugh, I'm still mad at myself for that). He was cool about it, and i think he did say i dont have to pay him back, despite offering to do so first thing.
And that doesnt even cover my two trips of going to disneyland for the first time in almost a decade. Thr first being with my high school senior class, and the second with my cousins (where i acidentally spilled the blue milk of one of my cousin's kids, you can imagine the guilt i felt).
But Shiny thing good? What wrong with buy shiny when see shiny?
Just buy your friend lunch.
I need to go back to Disney Land, it's been so long.
@@PerspectiveEnd it means I won't have enough money if I see bigger, better shiny
Oh yeah don’t forget jimmy Kimmel insulted the transformers fandom in the 2024 Oscars and he did while tfcon was there in California
I doubt Kimmel knew that, and who cares what a talk show host thinks.
As much as I hate to defend Jimmy Kimmel, he didn't. He insulted the writers of Rise of the Beasts.
Meeting you was one of the best things that’s ever happened to me, and don’t worry, I have a ton of social anxiety despite being an extrovert, so you don’t have to feel bad about not talking much, because I was feeling the same amount of dread of screwing everything up as you did lol 😅
You are "I Like Ya Mutt G" right? Sorry if not, I've actually asked like 3 people if they are ILikeYaMuttG, I'm still trying to put names to Faces, and it didn't help getting told the youtube name first when I most associate the individual with twitter.
Anyways I'm proud to hear that I was able to make you so happy, by just being a dork who didn't know what they were doing in physical proximity to you.
yes I am! thank you so much for making these past few years bearable, because I've been through a lot of ups and downs, but being able to watch your videos have always brightened my day! I love your videos and I love you! (in a platonic "I think you're amazing" kind of way) I'm currently working on starting a youtube channel of my own, and when I finally do, I'm most definitely basing my reviewing format off yours! 🤩Thank you Perspective for these amazing past years, and here's to many more!🍷(I'm too young to drink wine so this would be some other drink lol. But you probably get the point?)
Do you naturally talk fast or do you purposely speed up you voice in editing?
It's complicated, I can talk this fast in real life, however it's not the rate I go at all the time, though I do unintentionally hit it often, also trying to read a script while talking faster than I can really think leads to a ton of Flubbed lines.
So when making a video I have to talk at a normal rate, and then speed that up. Otherwise like 90% of the recording is just me retaking lines.
Im not kidding my goal when Ill go for my first TFCON ill make sure to meet PE (I just need to graduate my degree)
Good luck on your Degree, and hopefully next year or some time later we can actually meet.
@@PerspectiveEnd WILL DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Wish I coulda seen ya, but next time for sure :)
Such a bummer, next time I will be sure to make my position throughout the convention more known to people.
Well, that sucks.. better luck on the next one. Good learning from that one. Magbe do a live stream next time.
I doubt I will get better about recording, but I will be better about talking to people, and giving them a good memory of meeting me.
With your remark about Beast Wars and how people view it, blame people not looking past the animation (despite the fact it was one of the earliest pieces of fully 3D animated media and was fantastic for the time. I think it holds up perfectly fine because of that).
As for TFCon, I think my best haul item was a Bitcon 2015 Battletrap. I hate most of that set, but I love that Battletrap and base Springer figure. The other thing that's kinda my guilty pleasure is getting a whole POTP Volcanicus and a Perfect Effect default Combiner upgrade kit for a great price. Now I just need a way to fix that ugly combined torso form.
I mean the people I was talking about were all in their like 40s or older, so it's more that they were probably just Geewunners.
Man I was hoping I would find a Unite Warriors Megatronia there.
@@PerspectiveEndOhhhhhhhhh, yeahhhhh, Geewunners are no fun. Purists in any fandom aren't, "It not like thing me grow up with, so it bad".
Especially since Beast Wars IS part of G1 but they don't care. "Trukk not munky".
yikes, and i thought i just had problems talking to people normally-
sorry to hear you had problems at your first con.
i guess next time you'll take pictures for a video lol
geez, waspinator looks like a zombie. zomspinator. . . . look im not thew alright-
also you might not think the kneepad difference is noticable. but your camera would like to say otherwise. cus that chromed cyan next to chromed dark blue. at least to me
the only in card thing i have is a 1996 batman styled batmobile made by hotwheels. that has damage to the card. FU-
dont know who high brow is but those miniguns look sick. hope you can use em on different figures
why do you feel guilty for buying that deco of the new age sludge?
good lord bw megs looks like a tank in the art.
me:...
pe: OCD MAN AW-
me: *actually laughs out loud*
sorry for this large comment, but i hope you have a good day
(also idk where to put this, but for my 18'th birthday i got 86 ratchet and brawn, did i make a good choice? cus i saw armada starscream there.)
I doubt next time I will be better at taking pictures and video, I've never had that skill, and I doubt I will develop it in the meantime, however I do think next time I will tackle the others stuff all better.
What are you talking about Kneepads?
I'm glad OCDMAN pleased so many people, and don't worry about the size of the comment.
Hey congrats. 86 Ratchet and Brawn are both good figures, and congrats on surviving to Adulthood!
@@PerspectiveEnd thanks for congratulating me.
also by kneepads i meant to that transmetal optimus primal, your camera makes the kneepads look like their two different colors.
Ahh Right right yeah. I don't know why I couldn't think of that. And they are two different colors, but it's not super noticeable if you aren't looking for it.
You do you, don’t worry about it.
(The only thing someone should worry about at a tf con is spending too much)
(Since I can’t seem to edit my comment, even my first tfcon was crazy, I did (in this order) I paid a dollar to see Robosen Optimus griddle, almost bumped (literally) into sue blu, and started a ruckus because I saw an Aveo swerve and said his name out loud. “Wow, Aveo swerve! That’s cool!” “Wait Aveo swerve! Wait , I want it!” (I got the hell outta there)
I did spend a solid chunk of change there.
I saw the Robosen Optimus, and Grimlock, and they looked pretty good.
What the hell is Aveo Swerve?
Hi! What can you say about Alternators? Do they look good? Bad? At least interesting?
I had some Alternator growing up. They are kind of Awful. The transformations were convoluted, and clashy, with way too tight tolerances, and they really hurt your hands.
@@PerspectiveEnd i like their idea, they are truly robots "in disguise", all their vehicle modes are something. Not sure about convoluted or clashy, but i kinda like their complexity(guess im just a tryhard). At least their way, unlike Sideburn's.
I currently have Optimus and Rodimus. Optimus is bad to say the least. Not only visually with all his kibble, but his toes way too loose, so i had to use glue to tight it up. And even in vehicle mode you can't show what's under the hood, because under engine there is emptiness. Maybe i will fix it with 3d printer later.
But Rodimus is pretty good, his robot form is sleek, and kibble hardly bothers you.
Wheelie being a magical creature of some sort feels oddly perfect imo, dude cant stop rhyming like he's the goddamn demon Etrigan or something
Ok wait my brain just considered that he might be some kinda Great Gazoo-bot, this likely ends up my new headcanon
What have you done, PE 😅
What I've done is told you someone else's headcannon, so it's not so much what I did as my brother.
Is Etrigan the one from Pajama Sam?
@@PerspectiveEnd high-five your brother for being weird in the good kinda way, and also suggest that he should consider mocking up that weird elven Cleveland Browns logo from the 40s but as Wheelie, because that's gotta become a thing
Finally, we know what team that fox sports 'bot Cleatus plays for
Dude I can so fucking relate to you with being way too empathetic about stuff like this. I will feel sorry for little jimmy who got the spoiler box ultra Magnus while already having the siege version. Don’t feel too hard on yourself, I would have probably done the same shit (plus I would take being yelled at by my favorite RUclipsr over a beast wars waspinator as one of the best moments of my life).
Oh man why did you have to remind me of Little Jimmy, now I feel sad too!
Sounds like you got some BDSM thing going on there and I want no part of it.
@@PerspectiveEnd I did NOT mean it in a BDSM way, I am very sorry that came across that way. 😭 I moreso meant that since what you’re best known for (despite it not really being what you do most of the time) is yelling at a figure, so it would feel pretty cool to see that in person.
I’m just making this worse aren’t I.
It's fine, it was a joke.
I had so much fun at the convention, and meeting you and your brother was definitely a highlight
Are you the person who recognized us as the Fraternacons? If you want to post that picture feel free.
@PerspectiveEnd Yes, I did. Could you tell your brother thank you for the photo and that I'm sorry I felt like I kinda pushed him away when I said I wanted to ask you a question about the windblade figure.
Man, I wish I was able to go. My family arent big on long trips, and LA is probably nowhere near the top of their travel list. It sucks, because transformers cons don’t tend to happen down south, so I missed out on meeting a bunch of my favorite channel guys (you being the top, duh). Not to mention, I want to experience the thrill of finding my grails there
I'm proud to hear that you'd put me at the top. The good news is that missing this one, there was not much chance you find me cause of how badly it went, so next time there's better odds.
And I wish I'd met the other RUclipsrs as well.
@@PerspectiveEnd so we got meet her uhh..susan maybe
Well your first con experience is miles better than mine, mainly because I haven’t gone to one yet, but still…
Well then we can't say that can we. It's Schrodinger's convention. It exists in a Quantum state of better and worse than mine.
@@PerspectiveEnd when team fortress 2?
I guess I can be called the waspinator guy now. But I should say. From that experience, I wouldn’t say you yelled or yanked it out of my hands. I never got the sense that you were trying to be mean. You just exaggerated it a little
I wouldn't say I exaggerated, I did yell, I did grab the toy back because you didn't set it down or hand it back. Not your fault, you were clearly trying to process what was happening.
By the way what tipped you off that I was me? Was it my face or the voice of RAGE?
@@PerspectiveEnd the shirt you said you were gonna be wearing. I honestly didn’t recognize your voice of face ate first
I chose the playstation shirt on purpose because it wasn't Transformers which I figured everyone would be wearing there.
Okay uhm I lost my old account it’s me scourgeisoptimusprime
Crazy, I just responded to a bunch of your comments from the last week or so, just today. Thanks for the heads up.
@@PerspectiveEnd I just thought it would be a good thing to tell my favorite RUclipsr
Thanks to you I might buy the mmc constructicons well maybe just 1 or 2
Well I'm sure I will review them before you ever need to so we will see if they are good, and maybe save you some money... Or doom you.
@@PerspectiveEnd I’ll be doomed are not
your first interaction with a fan was negative, now you'll be known as the leave me alone tftuber
NOOOOOOOO!
Everybody left me behind
Again every people he's left all us
I now want to go to a transformers convention I've never been to one
I'm sure you'd have a better time than I just had.
Knowing that there will be more than the dealer room is helpful, my first tfcon will be later this year in Baltimore so I’m looking forward to it
Happy to have informed you, you now have more power going in than I did.
