Chef Jana, such a yummy recipe. I started a couple days ago soaking my chickpeas. Mixed everything all up today. These will be our meat for our Thanksgiving tomorrow. I did cut a corner out of the pan before I refrigerated and fried a small piece up. Sweetie, you are a genius. It has such a yummy taste, I'll be fighting my taste buds all night waiting to cook them tomorrow. I love the way you put together foods and have such a delicious taste. I haven't eaten meat for about 3 months ... so I'm exploring all the other possibilities. And with Jana I am digging deeper and deeper :). True, I'm adjusting, because I'm not vegan..Anyway, thank you, Jana..And this schnitzel is on my menu today..it's resting in the fridge..for now everything is fine. Yesterday I made bread from Pyrrhic flour, not exactly according to Jana's recipe, but I followed her recipe. It turned out perfect.

I used to gift my father dulce flakes, because he loved seaweed and things like it (he grew up on an island in New Brunswick, Canada). I think that is close to what you call kelp powder. I've seen dulce powder too, for sale online...but I always used to buy him dulce in pieces or flakes. And I've used it to make Worcester sauce before (to act fishy in place of anchovies).

Mine were a bit softer so need another starch powder I used Tapioca ! ;-) or cook longer and push out into Thinner Form pans to get desired effect but not much just a little firm up, soooo Perhaps some more Oat flour !!! Yeah That's it ! They are Awesome ! They were Enjoyed and tasted gorgeous ! Thankyou I also put a Garlic Yogurt sauce on top too ! 😄😀❣.
