The tragedy in with the loss of Julie Andrews voice almost mirrored that of Ian Tyson’s before he passed on from heart disease. Even though Julie Andrews and Ian Tyson are completely different from each other in singing styles. they have both captured different type of fans in many different ways. I have my deepest fondness for singers like Julie Andrews, Ian Tyson, Gordon Lightfoot and many others.
