A word of caution to all who are looking to invest in SP group construction. In one of the project in Mulund called US open , the SP group has not laid a single brick since last 4 years . They even couldn't pay the CC money to the BMC to start the slab work. The site was a mega project where people have invested from 75% to 100% and the project is lying at some 40% completion stage . They have lost their RERA registration for this project in March 2021 and have not yet been able to get the renewal . The revised date now stands in 2025 but there is absolutely nothing on the ground that SP is doing. They are delaying the project giving lane excuses . There is no meetings or discussions with flat owners...just false narratives and empty promises. Pls think twice before investing in SP construction
The AC's are not located in the right place. Similar kind of placement was done in lodha belair we changed it because the A/C's leak after some time and its right above the tv units placement.
@@rk.ravikewalramani Thats why I dont like builders who approve such type of layouts without thinking the benefit of the customer. Just providing the aircons doesn't mean accha chalo diya its how you provide the add ons with the finished product.
