Ok im addicted, ive owned my D3 from new in 2006, one dog, 3 kids and a few ponies lter it is now in need of a few bits to spruce it up, i will be spending a few pounds soon. Thanks for the video..

You are not alone in your view buddy... trouble is the car needs to earn its keep and we need to fit all the accessories to it so sometimes it does get a bit overdone !

Great looking Disco! Not too sure about the snorkel on that luxury rig. Unless you guys get a lot of flooding in the streets down town. Kind of like putting a winch on a Jaguar F-Pace. 😊 With those low profile tires and all the bling you added. That rig is not going off road. I do love the products you upgraded. Do a video on an off road Disco with some of those upgrades.

Those black seats look amazing in there, especially with the black trim pieces. Do you reckon any LR3 seats will bolt in from 2005-2009?

Just purchased here this year in the U.S. a 2006 LR3 in white. Looking at your channel and considering getting the lamp guards for front and back, are they worth it? Also I have the step panels on the side and want to remove them, would there be any concern by doing that?

Not liking the 'Snorkel' lol makes it look lumpy and off balance, but whatever floats your LR I guess lolol :)
I sort of agree ... most of the changes we have made are soft / sleek - the snorkel is a more off road ...

I have a good project for you ... I have a set of LHD xenons on my disco 4 and they obviously blind oncoming drivers in the uk without the beam altering stickers which are fitted by the way ... how do fancy a project of converting them to rhd using my uk spec Halogens for parts ?

Hey, I found this video extremely useful even though I don't own a Disco 3. I've got a Disco Sport HSE 2017 and I'm looking for replacement dash ends as the chrome ones that came with the car are a little worn out. Do you think you'd be able to help me find some, or point me in the right direction? Thanks

A D3 is made for going through shit, fire and water and coming out the other side dented and scratched. What you have done there is to make a bulldog look like a fucking poodle.

Something is missing and its definitely the extended roof rack. The back side looks bulky but that will level it out. The wheels are fantastic. Please share the link to your website.

Looks OK to me what ever floats your boat !! IF you want to play in the dirt get an old defender no electrics no problem !! Do you need spacers to fit 21 " rims on a 3 ?? Keep on doing the vids ..
Why don't you have anything in Tonga Green? i.e. grilles, mirror covers, fender covers etc... Been following you for a couple years and wish I could purchase some upgrades but no green!

hi guy's great video. I'm thinking of getting a discovery 4 is 150k miles a lot for one of these cars or is that ok... I've seen a few in my budget but the miles are around 140k to 180k most have full service....but still a lot of miles...just not sure if big miles is an issue with these cars. thanks.
Mine has 200K Miles and still goes fine. These cars can fail ( V6 diesel version ) with cranks snapping but this can happen from 70K miles so I would not worry about high mileage too much. Also it depends if you are going to put high miles on it and of course price.

I have a 2006 ramini red lr3 with grey accents on the wheel arches and front bumper. What color/style of grill do you think I should get? I don't think chrome is the way to go so I was thinking the (black silver grey facelift), (all black facelift), (black and grey disco grill), or (the solid grey disco grill)? Love the video trying to figure out what will look best for a red lr3 thanks.

Lovely Discovery 3 even though im not a fan of it personally this I like ! The argument of making your Discovery 3 look like a Discovery 4 is a silly one for me though just go for a Discovery 4 straight off the bat I'd say. Great work though guys another top top video :). Same with getting the bodykit for the Freelander 2 to make it look like a Dynamic just go for the Dynamic Model surely?
I will give you the D3 to D4 concerns... there is some valid thinking in this. But the Freelander 2 "dynamic" is really only just a bodykit - that is it !
Because 4s have shitty motors with the chain issues, and folk like the attractive appearances of 4s but want the solidity of the 3.

Because you have the snorkel fitted you weren't able to mention that you also supply the upgraded side vent grille that replaces the dated original discovery 3 part.

Hi just wondering which spec is this for? 'Off-Road' (swearing) use, Chelsea tractoring i.e posing and/or school run? I thought it was supposed to be a Land Rover, if ppl wanted to drive a tarted up 4x4 - wasn't that the point of the Sporty Range Rover?
This car is used for all the above ! From prom car to off road... thats the cool thing about land rover.... they can be all things !

Hello! I have a 2016 Lr4. At 6:18 with the under door lighting (The stock not the aftermarket) I changed my 4 doors to led and both passengers doors work great but the front driver and passenger (were working fine before) once i took the halogen out the light stopped working. With any bulb. Did i blow a fuse for the front doors to stop working? If so how can i find out which fuse do i need to replace? How can I get the two front door under ligthing working again? Thank you

Might be a silly question but can you retro fit a discovery 4 with cruise control? Steering wheel doesn’t have buttons but perhaps fit one that does?
We did this on the Discovery 3 no problem but not tried on the D4

@@L663 Hi, I changed the button pack on my D4 steering wheel with your tools bought on ebay (would have been very difficult with out them) but no luck with them just working like yours did on the disco 3. What would you suggest to make the car recognise the new buttons or do you think its a lost cause? Cheers
@@cpsturner Hi - there was a story going around that there were 2 types of buttons... maybe an early and late type....so what i need you to do is give me
1 - your chassis number... or at least all but the last couple of digits...if your worried !
2 - the engineering number off your old switch pack ... something like DH521?????
3 - the engineering number off your new switch pack that you fitted and does not work....something like CH221??? or similar
If you give me these i can look for the part numbers from the same chassis range... and send you one so we can sort this once and for all ......

Too much - but many parts were for development as we make and design the parts here !
@@L663 ok I see, I guess it was more developing the parts and fitting /testing etc. It looks really well done and like a new truck which I guess may be reflected the cost if someone would want to replicate all of the upgrades. Keep the great video’s coming , they are great. I recently sold my 1991 defender 110 county 200 tdi and bought a 2006 discovery 3 for cheap and watched you checking over the G4 replica in Norfolk , I think it helped me out ,,, wish me luck.🇬🇧
My 2012 lr4 says Land Rover on the front.
At some point they changed to DISCOVERY - its a popular upgrade.
The best option you've forgotten is to put the drive wheel on the good side
