Twenty months ago I started running, lost 60 lbs, and finished my first trail marathon four weeks ago, all largely inspired by Kerry Ward. Thanks for everything Kerry! Very well done. 1:42:06 hilarious! It's fantastic to see your world adventures continue. Long may you run.

@@KerryWard I just finished your video, I'll definitely be watching some more! I was due to do a really hilly half marathon, and that's postponed so I'm just running alone locally now but really looking forward to it. You have a great attitude about you, really awesome video 👍

most people wouldnt even drive 240 miles or cycle that distance, let alone run it. With this and Bigfoot, I'd bet that you are the sort of guy who can wake up on a Saturday morning and tell your family that you are going for a quick 100 mile sprintand will be home for dinner :)
i only started running late Jan 2017, but am aiming for my first century in 2019. i just need to order some titanium toenails from amazon first

Pretty cool Senor! Really fuels the fire to try some of this crazy adventures.... really enjoying your videos as the EBC trek the first one I watched. I don’t have much money and tend to get it in spurts but these adventures seem doable for not a ton of cash if you have the time. Think the Nepal trek is one I am most likely to try like maybe this year. Like your positive attitude on camera through the duration of the race... if your cussing off camera it’s cool too...

Nick, EBC is well worth doing. And barring the ticket out to Nepal, the expenses are not too bad - especially considering the magnitude of the experience. Glad you are enjoying the videos. Cheers, Kerry

This was an awesome video to watch while running on the treadmill, thanks!! Makes the treadmill much more interesting to pretend that I'm in Moab with you instead of in my basement.
