I purchased this airplane last week. I agree with you that it is a delight to fly. I also have been enjoying the new UMX Turbo Timber Evo. I hated the screaming sound from the older UMX planes.
I'd like to know more about the slow flight characteristics. I use the UMX Turbo Timber for indoor flying which it does quite well, so I wonder if this might be my next candidate...
Interesting about the CG and inverted flight. That's my only complaint about the plane, will try moving the CG aft next time! Have you tried the UMX Pitts? I think that might be my next UMX... Hälsningar från Dalarna!
A little bit aft makes a big difference! I'm a little bit hesitant doing UMX planes as I tend to find them boring quickly but I like the S1-S very much!
Fun lil UMX, looks cool too! Nice flying bud!
Thanks Adam! It's more or less perfect this UMX.

I've never done rc planes indoors so can't say but I would think it's not as good as the TT Evo UMX indoors.
