The UMX waco is a great little flyer. And like you said it looks good on a book shelf in the middle of my living room. Ive fully enjoyed mine, now i might need to take a look at that air tractor 😅
Not had snow in the east of England yet, -4 temps but clear sky (no snow) , it took off like a bat out of hell - wow it's like a rocket down wind LOL.... I guess I am just too old these days for something as small and twitchy, I do like the WACO shape and design - I have a Dynam version (RED) not yellow , waiting to be built and flown, as you say I guess the cold is having an impact on the battery.. enjoyed the video - thanks
Nice video👍 The snowy landscape is a perfect backdrop ! Do you know if it's easy/possible to bind a UMX model to a RadioMaster TX16S ? I don't have a Spectrum radio ... so have avoided the UMX series until now. Thanks for showing us the UMX Waco and giving us your honest feedback😉
Eflite uses the DSMX protocol, which will work with a Radiomaster transmitter, with a 4 in 1 module. I have the Radiomaster Zorro and love it. I seriously don't know why people buy the overpriced Spektrum transmitters, when you can get a 16 channel Radiomaster, for so much less money.
What's been happening with you? I seem to remember, maybe 2 years back, you not caring much for UMX planes. Now you've reviewed several of them and have given them some positive ratings. How about a side-by-side comparison (flight and table talk) of this plane with your UMX Tractor? Ps. I would like to see this WACO sized about the same as the Gladiator.
A sightly larger Waco would be awesome I have been looking at the Dynam kit but its too big for my car and would take up a lot of closet space. Something between 800mm and under meter would be ideal for me
Beautiful snow! Nice flying. great little UMX.
Snow flying is fun and just on a day like this.
This UMX Waco is a awesome flying plane and the yellow paint scheme is very nice looking. Great job flying.
Thanks man!

Thanks for commenting! The UMX Air Tractor is highly recommended.
Well done & so well explained. I just might order on as they are down by $100 here in Australia (A$240) Yellow is the go I think
@@Bellairvideo Thanks! Yes yellow looks really sweet.

I do enjoy winter flying so cold fingers is totality worth it! I'll return to the Waco in calm weather and do less of rocket ship flying : )
Love the looks of this one. Just got mine. Iced in oregon. Cant fly. Ive watched all your videos. Where do you live. Thanks.
I hope you get it flying soon. I live in Sweden and I do fly most of the year when weather permits.

Thanks! I think you should be able to bind it to your Radiomaster but I sold mine so cant check it.

Thanks for the info Dave. Is it difficult to program and activate Safe & AS3X on the TX16S ? @@davescott9409

It was the UMX Air Tractor that turned my opinions about UMX planes. It really is one amazing plane. I will take another look on the Air Tractor soon!

@Lapeosrc have you tried the new UMX Pitts? Its a tiny rocket im learning to tame mine
@@WyrmkillaDurafly Gloster Gladiator is just the right size at 1100mm and a great machine to fly.
@@Wyrmkilla I have the E-Flite 800mm Pitts and it's very fun one to fly but not tried the smaller UMX.
No umx here. Overpriced crap imho
I hear you. You do get more in some planes compared to UMX planes.
