Loved this!! It also confirms that I have made GREAT choice with the Quest! High fiber, protein & no sugar. I love how satisfied I feel after eating one. I donate plasma 2x/wk and need protein at a certain level. This bar, protein shakes and chicken never fail me. Thanks for reviewing all of them!

i usually put the larabars crumbled up in some siggi's 17 gram protein 2 gram sugar yogurt. i also consume duck eggs which is great in protein and fat. kale spinach. i tend to eat the super clean and lean stuff. i'm lean bulking currently so i'm bulking to 200 with very lil bodyfat. i found a way to lean bulk from canned tuna smoked salmon salmon, sardines,achovies, crackers and cheese with fish.
Love this video, after l watched it l went right to the store & bought 2 protein bars that Heidi suggested. I tried the Power crunch bar & the Quest bar and l like them!

U eat the higher carb bulletproof bars with the idea that ur not going to eat other carbs. I love em!
i wouldn't actually consider these meal replacements more like snack. so pretty expensive if u ask me
