Hi, Asiya) I want to say thank you for your course and for all videos with explanation. Recently I've taken an IELTS Academic (16.02) and got my Band 7.5 (7.5 Listening, 8.0 Reading, 7.0 Speaking and Writing). I was nervous about the test, but preparation with your lessons helped me to reach this score, what I'm really grateful for💛🌻 Of course it's all about my skills and practice all over the time, but your course really helped me to learn more about the test (especially lessons about Writing Tasks 1/2). So thank you again)
by using your tips here, I get from 6.5 to 7.5, thank you so much!! The ultimate tip I think is, do not too focus on the answers, instead, focus on understanding the actually audio, sometimes I look at the blank screen but it works, just remember the keyword and its variations.
Thank you so much Asiya. I followed these tips and got band 9 for listening right away in the first attempt thanks to you. Before this video, for the practice tests I could score only 7.5. Once again, thank you!
Today I wrote my IELTS-Academic Exam March 06,2023 First, thank you to this channel it helps me a lot and hopefully my results will be good. Here's the questions and tips for those planning to take their exam. Listening- is quite fast. True/False/Not Given, MCQ, and No/Yes/Not Given, Fill in the blanks Tips: be focus! If possible to put the volume to max much better. While waiting for the recording scan the questions and try to remember some keywords. Reading- it is moderate to hard the passage is mostly about music improving the brain development or intellectual/academic effects. The difficult part is the matching the topics to body paragraphs because it will takes time. Mostly the clues are on the end part or the middle part of the passage Tips: if you don't know the answer go to the next one question because it will give you the clue where is it since they're in order. Writing: Task 1: The Map and Line graph show the growth in physical size and population of an Egyptian City Alexandria between 1840 to 1980. Task 2: Many different countries have most shops and products as the same. Some think that it is a positive development, whereas others consider it as negative. Discuss both views and give your opinion Speaking: Describe an object you find particularly beautiful Where the artwork/object is? How it was made? What it looks like? And explain why you find it particularly beautiful. Please pray for my result 🙏 hopefully everyone will do well in their exam 🙏
Hi! I hope you see this comment Asiya. I got band 7+ for all 4 bands with a 9 for listening. I only had one week to prepare and all i did was watch your videos. I even panicked and bought your academic package in the last 4 days which i think was overkill because you already do an awesome job here in RUclips. Thankyou so much ❤️ you are so clear and on point on everything. You are a gem
Hi! Thank you miss for making these IELTS study tips and samples accessible for free. Due to this, I was able to get a band 7.5 in IELTS academic on my first attempt.
best tips and quick wins: -use the time for instructions and revision to read questions coming next -all ielts listening questions come in order -each optional is only discussed once -if you missed an answer, move on to next question -underline keywords and cross out incorrect answers -write your answers in capital letters -don’t leave your questions unanswered -spelling counts ( british/American spelling) -keep an eye on 2 questions
Asiya's techniques are very helpful and anyone who is going to take the IELTS exam should follow them without any hesitation tbh 👍 I followed her listening task techniques and got band 9. I really recommend other test takers to do the same!
2 years back I gave my IELTS exam, and your videos were very helpful. I will be giving the exam again, and your videos are still worth watching. Great work!
I did my exams last 25th and speaking yesterday.. ur guidance was so useful. Helped me a lot to do well in my exams. I just came back to thank you🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰🥰🥰
I took IELTS Academic in December. And I got in the part 1 of the Listening section short-answer questions... And we had to write no more TWO words!!! I carried out my own survey amongst my friends who had taken the test recently, and all of them had gotten the same! It confused me and I scored worse than 3 month earlier, although I had been preparing since my previous IELTS General Training.
In order to see what my students are supposed to prepare for, I went to the IELTS. Got 8.5. Not 9 because I literally couldn't concentrate on the last questions of the listening test. Could cover all reading questions but was not sure abt the T/F/ NG questions.
Thank you very much for the tips… out of all the online sources available, your videos are always to the point and practical. I was able to score a perfect 9 with your strategies. Thank you 🙂

Hello Asiya ❤ I took the IELTS exam 2 years ago and reached my goal score. I need to take the IELTS Exam again next month. Can we we still use capital letters for listening and reading section? Thank you ❤
Good morning/ Good afternoon/ Good evening ( depending on the time where you are), what do you think about these bands: 5 5 6 6, respectively for L R W and S?
What I noticed in the listening exams online right now is the fact that sometimes they give you time to read 3 to 5 questions ahead. Other times they tell you to read the 10 questions ahead. When it's 3 or 5 or it's manageable but when it's 10 questions in a row. Well, that's taught I must say. I think the test that online may be old and things changed. @@nafisatazeez8830 I am not certain about the Cambridge test. It has been a while. If you are passing the computer based one, I am sure they exist online, I remember there are few websites offering this. Mostly it's paid service.
Hi, I am doing the computer base exam. In the mocks I've done, I always struggle to read the multiple choice questionnaires. I think that your tip of continue reading further questions instead of revising would be the only way to read the different options. Is it possible to go forward and backwards along the different parts of the test? For instance when finishing part 1, advance to read questions in part 2 then continue to section 3 and finally go back to part 2 when it starts the recording. I would really appreciate some help, please
Hi! Yes, you can go to any part whenever you wish. However, you only get 30 seconds to review your answers, so I'd simply go to the next part and stay there. In the 2 minutes after the test, you can quickly review other answers (e.g. check the grammar in fill in the blanks). Good luck!

After finishing the first part I will have ten seconds to check my answers so at this time I can look at the second part without permission or listening to instructions?
You don't need permission to go to the next part. As for instructions, they are important. If you take several Cambridge tests, you'll learn what the instructions are and be able to hear/read what's coming while still spending more time on the questions

If I want to get band 9 in task response
I need to extend and support my idea
In this case
Should I extend and support my ideas in each body for instance
My first body is dedicated to education
I will need to give an example and I need to support and extent develop my idea
Body two it is dedicated to other huge problems like obesity
I will need to give a specific example and then
Should I extend and support my ideas
Whether I can do it in body 1 or in body 2, I will give an example for one body, then I will explain and expand it, should I do it for the second body as well?
