If I write answers in small, how will true/false/not given be answered? because they are given in all capital form in guidance,I'm becoming confused.And cambridge practice books answer are also mixed having TRUE/FALSE/NOT GIVEN. can I use T/F/NG short form in small letter answers?

There is a DRAG and PASTE method (given correctly spelled words) for on computer based IELTS - listening test, even though in written form reducing the marks for spelling mistakes. Isn't this discrimination?
Hi, what if I wrote "GUIDED TOUR" instead of "GUIDED TOURS" in the answer section? Official answer is GUIDED TOURS. However, according to the question paper, both may correct as that is note and no grammar clue available.
