I think you wanted to ask this, what level should you be before starting IELTS? It is not easy to say because it is completely related to the score you want to reach. Intermediate level is generally a level where you can be comfortable to start IELTS, but IELTS and general English have different study principles, so I think you can start with the right study principle no matter what level you are at.

I got 39, on my own i have been getting 34..... thanks to paying attention to key words as adviced
