A true Desert Island Disc! Highly underrated album with all star players, tastefully arranged by Marty Paich. Many thanks to Herb Alpert & Jerry Moss for showcasing one of Jazz's greatest pianists ever. Mr. Jolly passed away in Nov. of 2004. R.I.P.
😅😅
A wonderful album by Pete Jolly with great arrangements by Marty Paich, played by L.A.'s top musicians ...
Thanks for posting a clean version of this. I'm perenially frustrated it's never been released on CD.
Many of us are! The only one that's been released digitally is Seasons. All three of his A&M albums, plus "It's The Most Wonderful Time" (from the A&M Xmas compilation ¡Something Festive!), would have made for a great 2-CD set.
I'd Love to have this in CD format!

I have the album, but not a working vinyl player. I can remember this from WMAZ-FM in Macon, Georgia when I was stationed there while in the Air Force in 1968-70.
Excelente Jazz
