I add nothing to my meatballs, they are just ground beef, but they spend usually three plus hours in the sauce, and the meatballs absorb the flavour from the sauce.
Ummmm. Meatballs aren't even close. Onion...galic...romano...a bit of cream with the breadcrumbs. And that's not how you cook spaghetti. Don't quit your day job!😂

А все потому , что сейчас даже хлебокомбинаты тесто не перебраживают, а у них приходят ядохимиКаки в 5 кг пакетах, и хлеб у них не бродит А при советах тесто бродило до 3 х суток, поэтому стоял такой запах, что ноги подкашивались А сейчас, хоть дорогой, хоть дешевый, но хлеб не пахнет, да еще и сладкий. Еще и рецептуру изменили, стали класть сахара лошадиными дозами. А томат, в первую очередь, необходимо зажарить, только тогда у него появляется вкус. Наши предки тоже так делали
