    And yes, I almost forgot. The touring seat is very good!! With the stock seat, it pains after 40 mins of riding.
    With these, it is comfortable for continuous riding for about 200-300 kms. It is only normal that you take breaks, it is not only the seat, even your knees/ legs will need stretching. Just make sure you have decent riding pants (Rynox or RE are both good), and do take breaks, stretch, else you’ll have rashes on your ass if you push yourself too much. haha

    EDC: zip ties, duck tape, JB Weld, knife, small first aid kit, air compressor, small tool kit, tire patch repair kit, poncho, tow strap, flashlight, gloves, carabiners, Paracord, wire saw, water, emergency thermal blankets,1qt. Oil and fire.
    +The things he mentioned specifically for his bike, like chain cleaner, lube, spare inner tubes, spare clutch cable, etc.
    All but the air compressor and 1qt. oil can be put in a fanny pack or very small bag. There are some new small air compressors. These things should be carried every day regardless of bike, car, truck, etc. unless you're just commuting locally.

    I'm surprised people found it so bad with such an advanced bike.
    I've done Ladhak with an Electra 350 in 2010 - barely 15 hp at the wheel, barely 29 Nm of torque, 190 KG dry,
    Just 135 mm ground clearance, plain non-cv carb and terrible suspension.
    And I was a terribly novice rider.
    We had all sorts of problems including punctures, head gasket blowout, rocker block bolts shearing off, having to tow a Standard 350 with a Classic 500 at night, electricals failing and what not.
    Looks like everyone now expects so much of a bike that they have a terrible time even with the best ones.
    Seeing how the Classic 500 performed there, this INT 650 with 2.5x the power and 20% more torque, no vibration and so on, Ladhak should literally be a cakewalk!

    • @SrinivasGanesh
      @SrinivasGanesh  9 месяцев назад

      The issue is too much fear. Fear of facing a puncture. Fear of not finding a mechanic who can repair and laziness of not learning to DIY. If that all happens then this bike can even go to Europe and come back with ease. 🫶🏽✌🏽

    • @SrinivasGanesh
      @SrinivasGanesh  Год назад

      It’s actually quite simple. And is defined by your purpose. If you want a cheap durable dual sport motorcycle that gives a good mileage and can take a lot of luggage, then yes go for Himalayan.
      If you want a motorcycle for riding in cities, straight road touring that has got some kick to it (a lot in cities), go for Interceptor650. ;)

      Hey! Thank you for watching the video.
      It is an air and oil cooled motorcycle, with usage it will heat up.
      It is like saying, the fridge is heating up on the outside.
      You are advised to wear jeans and shoes and then ride, if you wear shorts and chappal for long distance ofcourse you will face the heat. AND It is highly dangerous to ride in shorts and chappals, why would you risk yourself like that in the first place? It is a punishable offence in New Delhi to ride a motorcycle in chappals. It is too damn risky buddy.

      @@SrinivasGanesh Srini anna Does this seat offer any respite in terms of the overall seat height? I am 5’7” and I tip toe a bit with the stock seat. Will swapping it out with this GT touring seat work in my favour?

      @@SrinivasGanesh bro pehle jaake thoda RUclips research karo. Agar koi english mein Bolta hai to Bina kisi farzi accent ke kaise bol raha hai. Check ZigWheels and PowerDrift videos. Kuchh Seekho inse. Doosri baat Tum RUclips pe video banaate Ho naa ki Conference hall mein Bhashan dete Ho. Videos are free here. People are not paying any money to watch your videos. To Audience ka tumko nahin pata hai. 2000-4000 views aur 200-300 likes pe Audience Mat decide karo. Secondly tumhaara subscription to dikha hi nahin raha. Kis Audience ki baat kar rahe Ho. 😂
      Simplicity jyada important hai style nahin. Ek RUclips channel hai Polish Connection. Usko Dekho aur Samjho ki Bina baat ka accent kyun nahin jhaadna chahiye
