Naviens new NHW700 noncondensing tankless heater with circulation

This is a game changer for tankless heaters. Now you have three options to install besides the way you can install the NPE unit inside or outside this unit as a U can be installed outside with a hood.
the NHW comes in a 160, 180 and a 199 like I said with the U and a hood you can install it outside.
You must order the unit either natural gas or propane because its not as easy as the NPE unit to convert.
The NHW has the separate circulation pipe for a dedicated loop, and it can also be used with a Navi-Circ.
It hangs exactly as a NPN unit with the center hanging hole and the multiple holes top and bottom to support it.

Is there a reason why you no longer promote Rinnai tankless water heaters?

I’m a landlord and I’ve always used standard gas water heaters in my home and rentals. 5 years ago, I had a Rinnai RL94 installed in my personal home and it’s great. At that time, my boys lived at home and if they showered before my wife and I - we had no hot water left!
I’m very curious about the circ and tank you are mentioning. Does this reduce the cold water waste when calling for hot water from a fixture some distance away from the heater?
