If you decide to take a vacation, come to Billings, Montana, and help me install my tankless water heater. Love your channel been learning a lot. Getting ready to tackle that installation this spring. A little nervous, but I feel confident more now than ever after watching of videos. You’re awesome! Keep the great videos coming!

Great video. I have replaced multiple parts on my NPE 240A...Flow sensor and PCB. After I changed those parts , we started getting cold water on the hot. So I think it is the check valve
The unit is about 2 years old.

Just so I understand fully, you install a valve on the return line and hook up a hose to that and the cold water side to clean it out? You don’t have to hook a hose up to the hot? I have the A series with an internal pump too.

What is the purpose of applying heat proof grease on the O ring and can you provide the brand of the grease? Thank you for the informative video.

That notch is at 11. I know, I know. Not important. Great video.

Be careful with that “push-turn-wiggle”, more often than not, you’ll be buying baby formula in about 9 months.
