We are officially opening the Casting Call for all potential Voice Actors and Actresses that wish to apply to be within the Fallout: London mod.
AUDITIONS NOW OPEN
This video and announcement was put together to open our application process to the wider community of our followers, as we have an in-house team already working on voice acting and we need the wider community to contribute to our project.
As our project comes closer to completion, the Voice Acting department shall be joining us and shall be led by our team, and everything shall be implemented by our writing and scripting team. Everything is on schedule, and we now must move onto the last stages of our production.
For those unaware, in community mod projects the Voice Acting department is always one of the last parts to be implemented.
We hope you apply and look forward to hearing all of your applications.

If you wish to be a voice actor/actress please follow the application process correctly. Due to the expected high demand of applicants any errors will cause your application to be rejected.Whilst we will be reviewing ALL applications, we will also only be replying to those which have been shortlisted.

Fallout: London is a DLC-sized mod for Bethesda’s Fallout 4. As a continuation of the base game, the mod will allow the player to visit the previously unexplored post-apocalyptic environment of London.
As a divergence from previous official titles in the series, Fallout: London is not set in America. Visiting a totally new setting allows for us to explore totally new cultures which have not homogenized with their American counterparts. It also allows us to explore pre-war European history, and the effects the Resource Wars had on the class structured society of pre-war Britain.
Team FOLON® operates as an independent entity responsible for the development of the Fallout: London mod for Bethesda's Fallout 4™ game. We want to emphasize that Team FOLON® is a separate legal entity from Bethesda™, the publisher of Fallout 4™.

Do it. This game deserves some northern representation. I'd do it myself but my northerness is quite mild and I sound like a dork anyway.
Damn, I can "fake" several British accents, but a native would sniff me out if they'd pay attention. Ah well.

damn it. Now I wish I had a British accent. If they had use for an aussie I would've jumped on that cause I feel like I can do a pretty convincing aussie accent. But british? Nope
Doesn't necessarily have to be proper "Queen's English" Recieved Pronunciation you know, just a decent imitation might do, they might even be looking for a few Aussies in fact to spice things up (maybe they were in Blighty on holiday and got stuck there when the bombs fell, who knows)

I mean, Karl Urban did an English accent for The Boys which sounded very Australian (he's from New Zealand so that makes some sense). Give it a shot regardless, you might make the cut ^_^

Same here, but it's expensive stuff to buy considering it might never be needed, getting a job with these guys (or any other game project let's face it) is gonna be one chance in a thousand; but while not everybody gets to be in the game EVERYONE gets to just PLAY Fallout London when it comes out at least (which won't be much longer!), so while it sucks I can't audition that's what I'm consoling myself with

British accent this, British accent that. This is Fallout London, and London was in great part built and made prosperous and great by foreigners. So, if you need a Polish accent smoothed out by 15 years of living in London, I'm reporting for duty 😃

@@1IbramGaunt It's a diverse place! Polish folk are the top migrating peeps to the UK if I'm not mistaken. Along with India, It'd be strange not to represent that I think. Go for it!
@jaytravers7208 true although bear in mind this is taking place in an alternate-universe Britain, one where a lot's the same but a lot's different too, mass immigration might be one of those things- in OUR world a lot of people aren't too happy about that, in the much more grim world of Fallout that might have led to... unpleasantness, shall we say (yeah it's a diverse place but it wasn't always and there's no actual rule that ever said it had to be, it just sort of became that way through our acceptingness, other countries like Japan are far more homogeneous despite being island nations of similar size and population)

I mean, the EU's origins for example was to represent the efforts of integrating the western nations further post WWII.
It's those relations that allowed for more obtainable work for foreigners in the UK.
Realistically, even for fallout, I don't see why similar actions wouldn't have taken place tbh.
I suppose at the point of economical collapse more nationalist views may have become more apparent, but still.
@jaytravers7208 oh absolutely it's very possible but it's also just as possible that's not the case, look up the lore of the Resource Wars that were raging in the Europe and Middle-East of their world as almost a precursor to the world-ending Great War, their version of the EU had torn itself apart fighting over the few remaining sources of cheap easily-accessible fossil fuels, AND fought several brutal conflicts in the Middle East and Asia trying to get theirs, even resorting to nuclear weapons long before the Americans or Chinese did

I am Bri'ish & I would try & submit a minute video of my voice, but I don't have the best microphone equipment nor am I any good at acting of any kind - so I'll save the dev team some time & not submit, good luck to those who are giving it a shot, though.

the application is broken for me when i open it all i get is a bunch of redacted boxes over the texts i cant read any thing but the header. edit: it fixed itself after i downloaded it and unblocked it on my pc but im not from the UK and the only accents i do some what ok that are close to that area is my irish and scottish and i still need hella too much work on those before i could dare try to pull off a native ( i have sottish blood and some how two welsh kings but i cant do any accent from that area with any kind of bloody quality and it pisses me off because i want to learn more about my ancestors right down to how they talked in every day life )

i think they mean anyone who can speak in a accent native to great Britain and possibly her former colonies such as India, South Africa, and Australia

Well they did say they want a variety of native BRITISH accents not specifically English or specifically London ones, so you should apply if you can, give the Welsh a little representation

Probably, they won’t have your voice in the game if they’re unhappy with your accent but if they are then it won’t matter if you’re not a native
