Yes it was very little C, some C++ to integrate with the IR drivers, and the rest was in Objective-C for the platform. If i was redoing all of this, I would just do it in ReactJS since modern browsers are more than capable of rendering fancy UIs.

I can create a smart mirror with react framework. But i am excited how to create with c and cpp.
I would highly recommend to do it in reactjs. This is what I plan on doing.
Why not open source the software and accept donations?
