2 things I'd like to point out 1. I'm not sure why in some spots the audio sounds a lil wierd it might be the compressor I used on the audio 2. I say shot on S22 Ultra I'm only referring to the shots you see the message rest was shot on canon M50 mkII
I’ve had these for almost three years now and your review was spot on in every detail. I love them, but I want something that is clearer for music also. I’m trying to upgrade to something with a similar soundstage, tons of bass, and preferably wireless although wireless isn’t a need. Do you have any recommendations under $300?
I've heard great things about the epos pc8x (I've heard they come in black as well) also beyerdynamic mmx line could be good for you as well or something like the Corsair virtuoso however keep in mind I have not tested any of these recommendations
Also if your a bass lover and running PC I have used the Corsair hs80 and love they have a very very wide soundstage heavy bass that's not overpowering and great software however they are only either wireless or USB only no 3.5mm auxiliary jack
Nice review 👌 I'm confused between it(hyperx cloud alpha) // cloud 2 // logitech g pro x ( logitech for 100$)... so what u recommend .. in comfort and sound (overall).
I have a comparison video coming by Tuesday Logitech g pro x vs hyper x cloud alpha the answer is more complicated then just one is better then the other
Cloud alpha s but if I'll be honest I feel much better recommending the HS80 it has better sound stage and much better software control and features. The HS80 sound really good they just have a bit to much bass but they still have decent clarity.
@@NsaneVapez crazy good deal these headphones are incredible I've never tested the USB part on console but I don't see why it wouldn't work any different then a USB dongle for a wireless headset
@@IAmVehement awesome I’m getting them tomorrow cause I’m currently using a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system with my ps5 will be my first headset in several years
@@IAmVehement hey so I got the headset and the 7.1 on it doesn’t sound that good so I know might sound stupid but should I keep using it or turn it off I’ve noticed the volume is low when 7.1 is off and I’ve got everything turned up so not sure what’s going on there
I made a full comparison breakdown on those two and I feel like it's better to save the money and get cloud 2 cause they have less bass more mids and pronounced footsteps so there great if your a fps competitive player but if you are anything else like mmos and rpgs or story based single player games I think the alpha s sound better and have software support on PC
Other then the dt770 for closed back headsets that I've personally used I think it's the widest however ik there is wider out there but I've not used them

@@IAmVehement Can you link it pls?
i got this one for 40 dollars slightly used but still good
Which better hyperx cloud alpha s or regular alpha?
I've not tried the regular alpha I've only used the S
The s is better the s has 7.1 surround sound
so this vs black shark v2 ,which one is better?
I like these a bit better however the Blackshark v2 have a lot more software support but sound wise I like the cloud alpha better
is the controller for the headset compatible with xbox?
I think so but I'm sadly not to sure. I don't have an Xbox so I couldn't test it.
It's $70 in my country but in some other online store do you think i should get it?
That's a great deal! I think it's worth it. But that's my personal opinion.
@@IAmVehement thanks! I'm debating between the alpha s and alpha because it has the same price but i think I'm gonna go for the alpha s.

Do they need to be updated to use the 7.1 ? I’m getting a pair to use on my ps5
No it's controlled on the USB extension wire
@@IAmVehement awesome reason why I’m asking is cause I’m getting a pair for 30$ brand new in box

Do i keep the bass slider in the middle on story games
I always kept mine in the center
Why The sound is very quiet with the usb sound card on ps5 but when i plug it via 3.5 it becomes loud
hi i was just wondering, which country that alpha s made in? thankyou
Had to Google it but there assembled in china no clue where there designed.
@@IAmVehement i mean yours, did it assembled in vietnam?
I no longer have the box I have no idea

@@IAmVehement thanks bro 🥰🥰🥰
Basically hyper x cloud 2 sounds amazing for fps and is cheaper but the alpha s is the better headphone
do they work on xbox series s?
Yes and no. The USB sound card won't work. You will only be able to plug them into the controller.
Best soundstage of gaming headset. Get the heck out of here lol
