Do Teens Know 90s Music? #24 (React: Do They Know It?) Развлечения
"What were you people doing in the 90s"
LISTENING TO GOOD MUSIC CHILD.
😆 RIGHT!
lol every decade, despite getting progressively worse, becomes "the best" sooner or later...ppl will be saying the same thing about the 00's in ten years or less
ikr 🙄
"What were people doing in the 90's" LOVING SHANIA TWAIN. THAT'S WHAT I WAS DOING.
Lauren Poland Omg thank you I was born in 05 and I know all of her songs
9:04 man, this kid is a real life squidward.
dont insult squidward..
Lolz
I just can’t even with that one kid he is so negative.
"music my parents listen to" OH GOD RIGHT IN THE HEART
"What were you doing in the 90s?" Kid, we were living our best lives.
2023-4 2019. 2019-anything teen is 2000+. What were you doing? Brewing in loins. At best.
Song: Snoop Doggy Dooogg!
Girl: Is it N.W.A.?
Really?
She's not the sharpest knife in the drawer lol
They even say his name in the chorus that was played lmao
"I listen to a lot of guns'n'roses"
Doesn't know Dont Cry
Ok.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
"They're the same thing!"
Teenage girls fought wars over that in the 90s!!!
I'm 33 and still fight this battle lol
Yup. But they were still the same thing.
"What were people doing in the 90s?" - The kid who looks like he listens to Bieber haha
"What were you doing in the 90s?"
MAKING GOOD MUSIC!!!! YOU TRIED IT!!!
The guy with the backwards cap is legit. Every video he's in is great. Dude has some real charisma.
5:15
- What were you people doing in the 90s?
Not eating tide pods.
Seriously, that kid didn't get modern stuff. Does he live under a big rock?
kirikagure *Literally one month of kids eating tide pods*
eVERy kID eATS tIDe pOdS thESe dAYs
kirikagure he clearly doesn’t know what real music is and probably listens to mumble rap 😂
@Veryneatguy- actually no kids were eating tide pods. Total hype train
“oh i can’t go into that studio today “
“oh then we’ll give it to nysnc sorry”
SAME MARLHY 😂😂 i was thinking the same
"What were people doing in the 90's?" Making your older siblings bro
"What were people doing in the nineties?"
being less pretentious than you, edgy teen.
Calm down man.
Ironically the 90's and the people who grew up on it are more edgy than any other decade so you have to hold the L there.
Chill 😂😂
celinhabr1 don’t be mean to him, let him enjoy his mumble rap and crap music 😂
Says the super pretentious adult. Bruh, chill.
"What were you doing in the 90s?" Not watching people online playing Fortnite and doing dances from the game in real life, that's for sure.
Are you kidding me??!?!?! How did nobody know GunsN'Roses!!! What a shame
That clap edit was just beautiful :)) had to rewatch it like 5 times. Good job editor!
"What were people doing in the 90s" ...we were enjoying music without our ears bleeding lol
Nothing makes you feel old, till these kids say " my parents listened to these songs ". Oh lord!
"What's the motherfuckin' name? (Snoop Doooooooooogg)"
"Yeah, I have no idea who sings this."
Do these kids even try?
Right? It literally says his name in the song *face palm*
_So no one told you life was gonna be this way_
👏
👏
👏
👏
Your job's a joke, you're broke.
Your love life's D.O.A.
Okay, I can forgive them on N' Sync .... but I put my foot down on PRINCE. Ya'll need to lock this kids in a room and make them listen to all of Prince's hits. That hurt.
Prince has one of the most recognizable voices wtf
When the girl said “NWA” after clearly hearing the song say “Snoop Doggy Dogg” I was siiiiick 😭😭
i had to replay it lol
Only one person got Prince? Okay, I'm out.
Here are some suggestions
Heart-Shaped Box-Nirvana 1993
Basket Case-Green Day 1994
Enter Sandman-Metallica 1991
Intergalactic-Beastie Boys 1998
Dreams-The Cranberries 1993
Buddy Holly-Weezer 1994
Father of Mine-Everclear 1997
Seasons in the Abyss-Slayer 1990
Sorry if I’ve suggested anything that you’ve already done.
"Heart-Shaped Box" was '93, but agree, nonetheless 🙄
TheInsaniacGuy thanks forgot it was from 93
Basket Case- ep. #1
Enter Sandman- ep. #9
They've done different songs from the other bands except for Everclear, I don't think they've ever done Everclear at all that I can remember
Cιʂ Iɳ thanks
Yo Noah, your dad totally listened to Cream by Prince.....just not with you in the car.........because.........uh..........well you'll figure it out one day.
lol
I love how unamused Noah looked when he did the FRIENDS theme clap along
It hurts to see people not knowing a masterpiece like Don't Cry.. and how can't you recognize Axl Rose's voice?!
junior rose doesn't matter
Some people do. The only i've heard from them are Sweet Child O' Mine and November Rain? The others not sure lol
@junior rose Thank you. I'm always the one leaving that comment.
@P JI'ts not realy about this. I born 1980 but I know lot of song from '60 , '70 because I'm intrested. Internet in your pocket 😉
I had "You're Still the One" Shania Twain, for my Wedding Song in 1999!!!!!!!
"I listened to a lot of Guns´n Roses..." ---> doesn´t know "Don´t cry"... no you didn´t buddy!
Exactly!!! Just hearing couple of songs once is not the same as "Listened a lot of".
"What were people doing in the nineties?"
Making good music. And you?
#FACT
Swimming
Calm down, man.
It's kinda late, but I wish they would've done Soul Asylums 1993 hit Runaway Train. The first time I saw that video I was 16 and it absolutely ripped my heart out.
*music plays “Snoop Dooooog”* - girl: “is it NWA?”
Marlhy is the cutest thing, I swear! I need to hug that child. ❤
Haha, lmao.
"that's still 14 years, that's long for Hollywood"
You giving me Jordan, Marlhy and Noah? And 90s music? Hell yeah!!!
Back when that song came out if you would have mixed up Backstreet boys with nsync you would have cause a fight LoL
I NEVER KNEW THAT SONG WAS MEANT FOR BACKSTREET! Mind blown. But still, I'm glad N*sync did it, that is one of my top 3 all time favorite N*sync songs.
Strangely, BSB did "Don't Want You Back". o_o
PLEASE DO "KILLING IN THE NAME" BY RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE
You know good music my friend
F*CK YOU I WONT DO WHAT YOU TELL ME
My favorite gospel song.
@@InsaneCallum best christmas song by rage against is bombtrack
Hey random person scrolling down the comments..
Have an awesome day :)
Thanks, you too. 😊
3:42 I was like.. Holyy Molly YESSSSSS!
5:16 Excuse me? >:( that kid is so ... idk ... not quite feeling him, 80's and 90's music is 10 times better than recent music
The four-box edit on the clapping... A+
You can't listen to I'll Be There for You and not do the clap. It's impossible. Also I'm gonna need someone to react to some Depeche Mode.
I never heard that song before I wasn't ready for clapping :(
9:59 Love the way Marlhy says "the, who the, what now"
I love how they all clapped lol. No one can resist
MORE METAL ! For me the 90s means System of a Down, Rammstein, Tool !
Tbf, System only released one album then. But, Tool definitely helped define that alternative/metal scene in the '90s.
What were we doing in the 90's? Having a good time.
Nice job on the split frames with the clap - I repeated that part ten times at least! Also - Marley still rocks it as always!
In case noone's said it, the answer to "what were we doing in the 90s?"
Having an awesome time.
I agree... I had an amazing childhood in the 90's.
If I was a kid today I don't really know if it would have been that amazing.
Before the year 2000, going back 30, maybe 40 years, those were the times. There's been good stuff since, but not like what we had, it's just a shame that we have to look back now, to appreciate what we had then, well some do.
05:16 - What were you people doing in the 90's?
- Waiting for the end of the world at Millennium.
I love that collective clap at 9:03.
"Save Tonight" by Eagle Eye Cherry and "Spiderwebs" by No Doubt should be on your 90's playlist
I love how Marlhy always gets so excited for the rock songs even if she doesn't know them 🥁 🎸🤘
That one girl's hoop earrings get bigger and bigger throughout the entire episode
JORDAN AND MARHLY ARE AWESOME!! They don't appear as much as they should in things!
Runaway train by soul asylum. You can talk about the lost kids that were found because of the video.
9:03 Marlhy looked so happy doing the clap!
Girl! His name is in the song...
6:16 Moises: "HA! Well, you know, life be like that!" 😂 😂
Great song choices this round!! Loved singing along for the entire video.
I miss Brooklin. She was great at Do They Know It.
"-This Is "I'll Be There For You" by The Rembrandts
- The who the what now?🤔😲"
🤦🏿♂️🤣🤣🤣🤦🏿♂️
LET SOMEONE REACT TO MORE 80's OR 90's ROCK AND METAL PLEASE
They overplayed that Breakfast at Tiffany’s song in the 90’s. They also overplayed the Friends song, but I still like it lol.
I think it must have been used in a thousand 90s and early 2000s movie
Wow, I really want to have a cup of coffee with Marhly and talk about music! She's so open to genre and always being kind.
She is drummer,that's the reason.
music is the best topic to talk
@@csyddyj40 woaaah... that's really cool!
We played outside
Played on the playground
Played multiplayer at people houses
That’s what we did in the 90’s
alexisandme4eva same thing in the 00s
I can't.... That shirt with the Sloth on the Low Rider bike
No, not again with the little arrogant boy 😟🙄
I know! They should stop having him react to 90's music cause it's just insulting at this point. I wanna know what music he actually listens to because I wonder if he even likes music in general.
@@roguechevelle it is their opinion and you won't stop it.
Tashaxo, who u call arrogant boy?
Tashaxo right 🙄
roguechevelle remember ethan?
Marley clearly has better musical taste than her contemporaries.
Yet she hasn't heard of Shania Twain.
She's a drummer and it's a priority in her life, although Jordan does know a lot of music I think through her parents as well.
How about a guess what tv theme song goes with the show? That would be so fun!
Jennifer Long yessss I’m here for it lol
Yeeeeessss👍👍👍👍
And have those split into decades aswell.
"What were you people doing in the 90s?"
AMAZING THINGS YOUR FAVS COULD NEVER DO HONEY
No one recognized GNR's Don't Cry ?!? .....
Awesome video series, thank you for making it!
When Carson started dancing like chandler😂😂❤️❤️
9:03 is the best part of this video 👏👏👏👏
9:03 I like what you did there 😂😂
"Da who da what now?" Good response haha
"The who, the what now?" 🤣 Normally the teens not knowing songs I grew up with just makes me kinda sad but that cracked me up 😁 Best confused response ever! 😁
80's and 90's are better than recent music, just saying... #NoHatePls ✌🏻️
Agree!
That's a fact 🤘
I agree.
One big episode: teens react to classic rock.
1994: Real McCoy "Another Night," "Run Away (Club Attack Mix)" < - that was what they played on radio and "Automatic Lover" big hit in Chicago! Also 1992 Snap! "Rhythm is a Dancer" 1999 Vengaboys "Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom!!!" 1991 Lil Suzy "Take Me In Your Arms" 1992 Arrested Development "Mr. Wendal"
If you like the TV show Friends... Check out the full song of "I'll be there for you" by The Rembrandts. There are verses that were not included as part of the show.
TheRandomView trivia: that song was never meant to be released as a full single. The Rembrandts added lyrics to make a single because it was such a hit as a TV show theme song
Dang jordan rockin the huge hoops
shorty said “but the artist.... NWA?” 😰 YIKES
JINKIES
These kids are like 15 of course they're not going to get these😭
Omg!! The feels!! Love this list!!i love how u end with friends!! Soo iconic! *does the iconic clap and sing along*
"i've heard this" ...throwing my phone at the wall
" I'll be there for you by Friends"
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Alright Marlhy, I‘m sitting on my couch - but I‘ll buckle up anyway! 😜
Only one person guessed Shania Twain?? Are you serious? 😭
09:58 = "The Who? The What Now?" (Marlhy) = HILARIOUS! I find myself saying that on almost every REACT Song Challenge video, especially modern music. Ha, ha, ha...
"I love the band in the back" ROFL
"what were you people doing in the 90's?" that kid totally insults me! :(
We were doing lots of stuff in the 90's. much better time than now.
9:02 CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP
What were we doing in the 90's? LIVING IN THE ONLY GOOD DECADE.
doing their mums.
Are you kidding me? 90's is the only good decade?😆😂
80s
"i doNt ReALly LisTEn to tHis kiNd oF MuSic"
MF Doom, A Tribe Called Quest, Wu Tang, Audioslave, Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine.
Thanks a lot. Some really great songs in this episode. A real mood lifter!
“Not ringing a bell”
That hit me right in the heart.
