Hi!!! This was amazing. Thanks. I hope you could really answer me back. I am a potato for technology and even if im trying to create a team, I do not have that menu. I click on creating a new team, and my menu doesnt have that backpack icon, or the PCL, Staff, nothing!!! It looks totally different. So i dont really know what to do.

Sydney is in lockdown so we are doing online learning using Microsoft teams. My school has set it up using a team for all of the year and the classes in the channels. I feel like a lot of the cool things you showed me can't be implemented at the channel level?

Yes that's right, at the channel you don't get all the same option as the General channel. I found I just used the channels as an area for small groups. Assignments can't be broken down through channels, that's why creating the categories are important. I hope the lockdown ends quickly for you.

11 weeks in and a few more months at least. I wish I could have a team for my class even just for the breakout rooms in the general channel and a few other things you can do. Love your videos as always

Is there a way on Teams to link two team classes (example: two 7th grade Spanish classes) together so I don't have to go into one class team, upload a bunch of files and then have to go to the next class team and upload the same files all over again?

Our head office forced us off Google sites to Teams and it in no way serves our needs, totally useless and most of teachers are so lost, cant rename certain file or channel names, upload file that become editable by students and aesthetically and functionally appalling. Teachers setting up some slightly different team to what they are supposed to and so people are looking for things that don't exist. May be ok for chalk and talk ladybird uses but useless for our Media College.
