Recently split up with my ex she moved in with me very quickly dew to it being closer to work and not overcrowded at her mums but had known each other for ten years we got a dog 9 weeks ago over the course of a year I was verbally abusive in arguments and we would drink quite a lot every Friday Sunday just us 2 so 2 weeks ago we went out for dinner had a few drinks come home smashed up my phone and started hitting me was covered in bruises on my chest and arms from blocking my face next day all her stuffs away dogs away honestly got to be the hardest experience of my life over the course of a year I have been punched and kicked hit with doors only thing I ever done physical was slam a door and it hit her was complete accident tho also has only said sorry for hitting me once and it was the first time she done when a say hit a don’t mean like a slap then she stops she’ll keep going even if it’s clearly hurting she’s literally acting like I have everything textes me then blocks me all the time is always nasty to me now don’t get me wrong I was not an angel but a don’t understand why I still love her
