What I've told people, is if you were trying to run and slide in your socks on tile or hardwood, what foot do you put forward? That's probably your lead foot. I ride a skateboard regular but always pushed mongo, pushing with my back leg on a snowboard still feels soooo uncomfortable
I kick a soccer ball with my right but ride goofy because when i learnt to skate, i felt more comfortable having my right foot being the foot i flicked with when i was doing tricks
The way the rental shop figured out which one I am was for me to get a bit of speed and slide around in my socks on the shop floor. Despite being right handed for everything I ride goofy
