- Opeth performing Isolation Years live from their 25th Anniversary Tour at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles, CA (Night 1 of 2) on October 24, 2015. This was shot with a Sony Cyber-shot HX50V. Because the stage at the venue is WAY too low and/or the seats aren't on enough of a slope, the sight-lines are terrible. I shouldn't have had such an obstructed view in a seated theater, but that's what I had to deal with.

Mikael is showing that people will cheer for tuning.
That some people would listen to this echoing crystalline beauty and call it "absolutely terrible" and "trash", is something that could never even be taken seriously.
I was hoping this was a 7 min version.... I feel this song.
This was the last Opeth concert I went to I think I saw them 2 or 3 other times before. One of times I got to meet Mikael in front of the House of Blues. Those were some good days.
Damn i'd have never thought that i could laugh so much for a swedish guy tuning his guitar
my son turned me onto Opeth..love this fuckin song!!!!
why are some people saying his voice is worse than it used to be???? he sounds amazing in this!
With growls but Mikael clean vocals are better than ever
Because some people is wrong
His clean is so silky and genuine.
great performance as usual, but the narration of the tuning process was just genius!
I never knew tuning could be hilarious
This is the best opeth song ever. It is beautiful. However, this version does not do it justice.
I love ya Mikael, and you're always hilarious, but START THE FREAKIN SONG ALREADY!!!
Lol starts halfway through video only
Lost his clean vocals too.. what is happening to this guy.. he lost his clean range
this song gets way too high for his baritone range
He did great in this song, and also he’s never had much of a high vocal range anyway. Just some killer vibrato.
If anything he's gained range over the years
Wdym he hit that F almost perfectly clean
The original recording uses falsetto too, it just sounds stronger in a controlled environment
