You know I love your no-equipment workouts, girl, and this one was absolutely wonderful, as always. It's really amazing how much you made me sweat in a mere 30 minutes! Heck, I was sweating within the first five minutes! 😊 Thanks again for another fun session! One request, though: would you be willing to use the battery icon? You know, the one that shows us what percentage we are in the video, and what progress we made? I love seeing how much I’ve done already - it always seems to motivate me to keep on going. 😊

Hello,I've been working out for about three years, and I've been doing a lot of videos on your channel, but my legs have gotten thicker, and it's turned into what we call bulky leg,The pants barely go up my leg :D What do you suggest I do? I'd appreciate it if you'd answer :)
You must be super strong! 💯 Many times when we are building muscle we tend to gain weight at first because muscle weighs more than fat. Then the muscle starts working double time and we lean out a bit. But if you’re getting frustrated I would maybe go down in weight size and try a little faster reps. 💙😍

You can’t really stretch your muscles smaller, but I think with more time your legs will lean out. 💕
