It was available on the Japanese pressing of the Cd. :) Japanese editions usually had killer bonus tracks (let's be honest: Japanese fans deserve them- this band could sell 10,000 seats in an arena to this day in Tokyo- but in the U.S., they'd have a hard time filling a small bar with 100 people). Metal still rules in Japan. ;)
